KelticBlue's 2017: Soil, Ace Seeds Pure Pakistan Chitral Kush x Kali China Yunnan

A small update on the PCKxKC.
Good going, maybe a little slow but looking healthy. The skinny one s a solid 7 inches and looking the most promising. Looking for some sign of approaching sexual maturity, planning a gradual light time change to 11/13 in about 1 -2 weeks from now but before they get much over 12 inch.

The skinny one. I give it a little training just bending the top over seems to have helped the lowers get started.

The wide one, totally hooked into the soil, lots of nodes close to together.

The over view, I flipped the container, the skinny one is now on the left growing away.

The inter nodes
Inter node

Bent over top, gentle light training

More screwing around in the garden. I resisted giving the wee bit of water this morning. Temps are forecast to rise. So I plan on an EM-1 in distilled for the PCK KaliChina. The container has been dry, only got maybe 2 cups of water since transplant. I gave the trip purp Rhino half liter of kelp water, they liked, yum yum. I have a good feeling I will get one female from the TP Rhino.

the measurements, the skinny one looks a bit rough after I bent the top over yesterday, so I bent it again the other way today, poor thing getts all my abuse. If I get a 1 x stretch I will be good, 12 inch to 24 inch I can manage.

The wide and stout looks just fine only a bit shorter.

A bunch of inter node shots looking for pre flowers and sexxy bizness.

Maybe the beginning growth of something, but mostly I found nothing.

pretty nodes all in a row

just for show
and tell

Now the triple Purple rhino back cross regular seeds.

Just the one shorter plant of the 2. they are getting root bound but not looking too bad.

I might them an EM-1 foliar after light out today or first thing before light on tomorrow. It is one of those use it immediately em-1 mixes. And hard to measure for such a small application. EM-1 micro organisims activate with heat light and air. So once I mix it I gotts to use it, photosynthetic bacteria like light and heat. So with the temps rising I should be able to get spring to srpung.
The main actives in EM are the photosynthetic bacteria, lactic acid bacteria, and yeasts. I get them going and have gro kashi on the top dressing already. I think I can keep the heat reasonable in the tent and have healthy soil. I have been purposely under watering. I think too wet soil had breed pathogens.

plants in recovery this fine morning. My skinny one recovering from training and everybody got a weak EM-1 foliar after lights out last night.

an overview look. Skinny one now wider on left. top is un-twisting after i trained it over.

the tweens. PCK-KC

Overnight growth on the skinny one.

the wider one with lots of tight nodes, I have been tip spreading the top to encourage tight nodes since it has them already.
:meatballs:

Also ponytailing the trip purp Rhino in the background, I only had it on for a couple of hours. I might leave it on tomorrow. I have also been abusing it mercilessly...

.....
The top of the wide one. Any color is more from my supplemental light than natural purpl-ing.
.

Another somewhat 'color correct' of the wide one top.

The twisted top of the skinny one recovering from its training

the twisted top again, more color correct.

looking at nodes, not finding much, pretty pictures none the less.:yummy:

A good profile view of the skinnyer one. looks good. Time to kick into gear and get flowering soon

general environs after lights on, I plan on reducing light on time by 1/2 hour starting this weekend. Target 11/13 before May 30.
I need fresh buds in production.

typical temps 77-80'F
Rh 45-50%

I got pre flowers, I took half an hour of light back on sunday.
The skinny one is showing, the others are still not showing much.

Girl parts, The skinny and taller one, PCK x KC

not much over here...........
This is the shorter, PCK x KC

The triple purp Rhino maybe something starting i dunno.

the environs mid day

It has been a rough week already but I still have a garden to make it all better.
I am looking for male parts on the TP Rhinos. Tomorrow I will take them out of the tent to have a real good look. But here is what I could see/photo today.

not exactly coming from the node but a claw looking growth.

And it its showing its Purple traits in the new growth, It looks good all in all.

here is a good look..... :yummy:

I would say 90 % sure I got a male TPR today. I just hope its neighbor is a girl but if not no big I have the 2 female PCK-KaliChina.

A quick photo round up of the PCK----KaliChinas
