KelticBlue's 2017: Soil, Ace Seeds Pure Pakistan Chitral Kush x Kali China Yunnan

I took a top bud that I had flooppping over and had a damaged stem. It is looking finished to me. I might give the plant the darkness treatment after tomorrow. I got some pic of the bud I chopped today.......Pretty happy with the looks of it....

The over view. a little natural light in the window.
Close ups......

I like the fade in that last picture that picks up the little frog in the meter. :cheesygrinsmiley: You are one of my favorite 420 photographers keltic. :hugs:

I think you’ve timed it well. Have you ever tried taking one early to see how she likes the zippier side of cannabis? I think I’ve found a sweet spot at around 20 days ahead of normal, just as they begin to flush to cloudy.

I think I took the first chop on this Zamaldelica (first grow) earlier. So I wanted to let the reVeg go long. Wifey doesnt seem to notice much . She has said this is my strongest to date. Or I quote-- "I meet her match" Which is good.

She likes it all. I am still trying to nail down a preference for long term. I think she likes a social enhancer.
So far I think she likes the sativa in a rolled up stoggie and the hybrids she seems to favor the one hitters.

I like the zammyD. I seem to favor the sativa family. I find the hybrids give me an 'awkward' feeling, brings out my introvert.:nerd-with-glasses:
----i dunno.

Did a pre-harvest harvest. The stuff in the fridge is stinking up, I always get in trouble for the smell. I cannot help it, oh dear.
I chopped about 6 branches this morning just before the sun came up.

A little blurry with poor light...

The over view

a side view

some of the business ends

a frosty branch end

frost

Then I got some better light.....

I chopped some of the lower buds off the branches cleaned it up a bit.

I abused the poor plant all through reVeg untill I reflowered
another branch end

the branch runs through it

random look:yummy:

close up, bud top, little hairs even after a wash.

in close the cat hairs after wash still sticking

It is an oily sticky-ness. It gets on the fingers so easily and lingers.

I have the bulk of the harvest to go yet. Smell is sweet and sour but getting sweeter.

smoke report

So this smoke as a nice kick. The inhale has a spicy tang, the exhale is warm and tickles. Hits my left lung a bit hard, I got a cough from it. The buzz is stoney at first and pretty quick. 3-5 good hits and the first hour is spacey with a happy function. next 2 hr.... just a mellow hum of a fully functional buzz. I would call it mellow, I am always ready for a mellow day. But i have focus all along. I could fall asleep or stay awake. I had classical music on and was floating along the composition nicely.
It has the 'old wood' oily smell with incense notes.
:ganjamon:
Remember I only smoke 2-3 times a year.:high-five:

Sounds like Heaven mr.K lovely garden brother, and nice testers I see too......hahaha

Gorgeous frosty close ups @kelticBlue did the reveg flower any faster?
:thanks:
I didn't notice. But now that you said I tend to think it finished quickly. Also finished when I wanted before the end of March. So hard to measure the time line with a reveg. 3 months of good flowering and one month getting back into flower.

I think it is good.

I've gotten better with hybrids, but Indicas turn me introverted as well. They also bring out the paranoia as opposed to sativas as well, which is probably why I get introverted.

This is so interesting. I am having a me too moment. I am way out of practice here but when I was on vacation last year, I tried oregon lemons (someone elses Medical dispensary) it did just that, introverted, paranoid and socially uncomfortable stoned(i was the veg again!). So, the very next day I tried sour diesel (again medical) and felt fine, good and high. no problem there
Now with the Zammy D, I feel fiiine, high but not stoned and it has a character that I can only describe as 'old school' with an easy come down. I never felt overwhelmed (no psychedelic) but i only have ever had 3 to maybe 5 hits a time. ------Now wifey, other hand, I rolled her a fatty of fresh out of 3 month cure Zammy D. She was stressed and anxious. She smoked it all down later she said she should have put it out half way down. Super high!
But she had not been this high since.... 1980 or something. :lot-o-toke:

I am going to call the ZammyD A loud smell. It has my kitchen stinking, wife says like a weed factory.
I still have to harvest 2/3 of the plant this weekend.Gonna stink.

I rolled a J of the last of the Zamadelica I grew out almost two years ago. The wife and I smoked it the other night and got a very nice floating and chill buzz. There was raciness or pressure behind the eyes. It lasted about an hour all together with no crash at the end. Very nice buzz.

I've been sampling a bit of the Zam I just harvested and it's been similar so far. Very nice strain, but it's nothing like the intense nail biting buzz I was expecting when I picked it up.

So here's my photography lesson for the day. Shoot from the butt end. It's less likely to show cat fur.

Great shot here KB! I love those colors

Indeedy, the wife's only comment was after she had more than enough..... was she couldn't remember the day. She called it a 'mind eraser'. I was expecting more intensity. I probably didn't get as good a grow as I could, my environment could always be better. Still.... to see wife hit a limit is good. Even if she did go beyond the limit, twice so far. so far....:surf:
she likes to get hi. I am going to start her on the homegrown mystery stash this week in preparation of the ZammyD, second harvest. Something about the reveg looks better....... cannot put my finger on it. Smeells is loud!

I got to get a report from my main man, a sativa lover. I threw him a couple about a month ago. He really is my tester, he doesn't come into the city much. See what he thinks, I got more than enough to share......
:woohoo:

I've thought it was my growing skill as well on my prior Zam grows, but this latest one is smoking the same way so far and I took her 17 weeks, so it wasn't an early harvest. I think you've been doing a great job with her. I think that's just the way the buzz is.

Do you have plans on your next grow?

Do you have plans on your next grow?
up in the air...Yikes
I dunno what to get through summer humidity, your Zam x Pan is up next for a summer start to finish october-ish. Maybe I should finish even later, the holidays mess up my grow plans.
I got ACE... GT, Thai-Chi, NepalJam, orient express and then a bunch of autos and assorted others.
I am going to re amend and let cook for sometime in the sip with the earthbox mulch cover on, I think my soil will be spot on with a re amend. i have a build a soil re amend bag ready to go.
