KelticBlue's 2017: Soil, Ace Seeds Pure Pakistan Chitral Kush x Kali China Yunnan

Photo Drop Time

I finally got the gorilla High CFM tent support it helps the tent sides from getting sucked in, works good wish I had them from the start.

Here is a top side look with the new support in the foreground, i have yet to put the last support on the back wall.

Oh keltic......those were some lovely shots.

You have a well-rounded representation of trichomes from clear through to amber. Nice timing on the shots. I'm looking to get a decent camera and have a way to get those macro shots you make look so tasty. :battingeyelashes:

In my garden, given the time, I'd wait until I saw few clear and almost no amber. What does the lovely wife prefer?

What does the lovely wife prefer?

Beside making trouble for me?

She doesnt really have a stated preference. She likes it all. Stronger the better. So far she has been very happy with the early tester, going from a sour smell pre-combust to a citrus taste post combust.
She comes to me with the question 'can I smoke more of the good stuff'

The attitude adjustment is quite remarkable, happy weed, mellow. She does have a great deal of back pain with bad discs. So I do let the amber come.
. . . I dont want to get over ripe with my first pure Sativa poly-hybrid. Newbie:cool:

Will you get enough to make a topical? For that matter, she uses a topical, doesn't she? What we make is stronger than what's normally sold, IMO.

Had to laugh at that. I smoked that bit of fresh and quick-dried and immediately went looking for more. Lol! The wife is a woman after my own heart.

Have her goggle Callanetics, and check out Sandra Hanna. She also has a studio in Australia called Gold Coast Callanetics. The woman is 64. :cheesygrinsmiley: Callantics was developed by Callan Pinckney after her doctors told her she'd be in a wheelchair in a couple years, back when she was barely into her 30s. She proved them wrong and changed how we think of fitness. Sandra revolutionized Callan's program by introducing Somatics.

There's no impact at all, and it pulls the muscles back to hug the boney support the way they're meant to. The program is particularly adept at strengthening the back and abdominals, relieving pain and generating alignment.

The pain relief....it's why I suggest a look see. Nothing I've seen in my years looking comes close to the effectiveness for relieving chronic pain you'll get from Callanetics. Nothing sculpts the body like this either, without all that gym time no one really has. Lol!

we are in the early process with topical, this is for pure smoke tho. And....... I dont think I will have time for making cobs just a terrible work schedule. It has been hard to plan. I can do low and slow and go away for 4-5 days easy.

She just got back from Denver where she got a recreational topical which she loved. Way better than the commercially available here. The 'DC availability' it is possible to find but a grey area, I do have a contact that frequents the 'pop ups' where you can trade for oil and such. It is not my scene but I plan on having him take one or both of us so we can figure it out.

Long story summary YES to topicals, I was window shopping pumpkin seed/ grape seed oils this morning.
. . . But still she likes a combustion hi. My jars are getting low on stash. Must have stash on hand.

stronger the better. I just watched her take 3 hits of the tester Zammy, eat a sam-wich and take a nap. Meself, I plan on a 2 hit Max from Zammy to re-set my ECS and lay on the floor and listen to live Jerry Garcia concerts. Should kill 5 hours. End of October time-frame. Imagine how low my tolerance is

@SweetSue here this is a look from today another foxyTail.... I gotta upload the rest.

Nice looking bud there bud. I bought the pumpkins seed and apricot kernel oil for my next topical. Both are supposed to be wonderful oil that's readily absorbed into the skin.

I don't know much about Callanetics but my neurosurgeon told me back a few years ago to lose some weight and walk 45 minutes a day. I kept to that walking routine for 8 years and seem to have gotten totally away from it although I do stay active.

Happy right now about my weight. This nightmare I've been living since mid July has me down to 160 lbs from 182. 160 lbs was my high school playing weight so I've come full circle in 50 years. Too funny. :bongrip:

This really seems like the future for me. My plan is for infusion oils. I am leaning toward my more Kush-y hybrids for it. I am not sure why. They seem more ready for pain meds. I dunno?

I think the more predominately indica hybrids are great for pain and sleep (would make great oils) and i like the sativas more for daytime.:bong:

I figure I can get them greasy and fat. And now that I have some head room my Pakistani hybrids should be beastly.

My next Ace run will be Oldtimers Haze, looking forward to that one.

OTH is a bit extreme for my garden style. I have been scared of it to tell true.

from the ACE site:
For indoor growing, due to its extreme tropical sativa genotype, we mostly recommend her for the extreme sativa lovers, for breeding projects or for seed production.
Flowering indoors: 14-20 weeks...... Yikes!

But then I got Guatemalan with the same intention, I could find myself doing extreme gardening

Now i got to look up the genetics ;)

It is pretty in pictures and is listed as old school genetics.

Semi stabilized hybrid of different tropical sativas from the 60s and 70s.

Bouquet: Ancient “old school” sativa aroma: mature tropical fruits, spices, incense, wood and black liquor.

It is the black liquor that intrigues me most:hmmmm:

I look forward to your grow @Pennywise

This pure Haze still preserves the genetic diversity that many present Haze lines have already lost, and it is possible to find phenotypes ranging from the mythic and nearly extinct “Purple Haze” to the most common “Green Haze” phenotype, and of course intermediate combinations as well. Penny always on the search for his Phenos. Wow ! that's a long flowereing time. Bet it would be smooth smoke though.
