Fall is here after this past warm week/weekend.:high-five:


I went back to the old point and shoot because it is quicker to focus and easier to maneuver.

Today's chores : Gotta check the blu mat drip and need to address some deficiency in my 'other' girl the ACE x CannaBioGen. It is not in pure bas soil. I have supplemental feeding I can do.
I am getting the darker green veins with the faded greeen leaves. gonna water with LAB dilution and drop a small pinch of epsom on soil top.
Hard to see but this is the best piccy ATM.

Between the LABS and the epsoms you should regain control. I'm so lazy about watching for deficiencies:laughtwo: I use such good nutrients I don't even think about it.

Having grown in LOS I often consider the differences in how I'm now feeding my plants, and in the beginning there was a certain amount of guilt that I was adding to the nutrient run-off. Well.... I guess there's still some residual guilt, but the plants are so happy, it's hard to convince myself to change back to soil exclusively. I wish there was a filtering device to pull the salts out of the refuse water. I've been thinking lately of a system I once read about for homesteading that filtered the runoff through a series of filtering matrices like sand and charcoal.

Then it becomes what to do with the filtered material. I can't let my brain get wrapped up in all that. I haven't even looked yet to see if there are any dependable organic nutrients for hydro. I keep winning the ones I'm using. :laughtwo: I'm basically very lazy about the entire process, TBH, despite the enormous energy you see me putting into caring for so many. I have it down to a tight system by now that I have out of the way fairly quickly most days. Still have the occasional 12-hr days thought that make me wonder when the hobby became obsession. :laughtwo:

Oh Mm Gee, too cool for school. Thanks so much for visiting.

I am purposely running this ACExCannabiogen as an experiment, It just popped it self up toward the end of my re veg in the same pot so It got drafted in being.

My experiment, How much less is less?
I have barely put a drop of the epsom ( less than 10 of the tiny crystals ) top soil. And about a capful of the diluted LABs ( i call it milk water )
I am going to bubble up some more water, not sure what I am going with in it maybe half teaspoon of my ewc mix with bas re amendment.

I wonder if that's the chemovar's form of maturation that others express as amber trichomes. I don't get amber on my DDA's, but then I never let my girls go long enough to get there. :laughtwo:

Here is some from yesterday whilst I upload from today.

The Ace x CannaBioGen cross.

You can see the dark veins here. I gave some growers recharge to give the soil some life back I think I used too much tap water in this one, my tap is super hard and alkaline even if i treat it and let it sit out like I do. But I try not to use it much.
Once a year the water treatment changes in my neighborhood, they stop the chloramine switche to chlorine for a couple of weeks and that is when I use tap water.

Also have the far red on for one hour, fifteen minutes of which are after lights out.
So far red on for about 45 minutes just before lights out if that makes sense.

i chopped it yesterday. the smell from the stem is pure pine-sol. over powering, hospital grade, disinfectant pine sol cleaner. However, the buds smell nothing like that, they are sour dank fruit and not very strong smelling unless crushed.
