KelticBlue's 2017: Soil, Ace Seeds Pure Pakistan Chitral Kush x Kali China Yunnan

time for an update. It is progressing along no big issues except fighting humidity, it is summer.

It smells good, very pleasant in the tent. Drinking about 1.5 liter a day. It drinks about as fast as I can distill water. which works out.

Here is the show...

Full frontal, this one is getting a wintergreen mint smell.

I have it supported cause it was flopping over to the left.

the 'Cano'pee'

closer in on the tops in a group

the other plant the cola on top is getting fatter smell like eucalyptus oil and perfume-y

close ups and frost formations

it is in a full flower pushing stigmas out all over

I think there will be seed...

The rest of the photo dump

I have work next week going to be down south for 4 days soI am checking my auto water system looks good should be enough till I get back.

This is the seeded plant. Quite thick. The TPR male has been known to be leggy so I figure I mix the tall and the stout.
It should also be quite purple babies.

basically the same picture 2x with different focal looks.
same same

a top flower

close up

frost, not as much worried about amber as much as getting the clear to cloudy

yeah, it sparkles to the naked eye

4 more weeks -ish

I like what I see

Exactly where I want it to be right now. This puts on the weight in the last 2 weeks. I have in the past been in the 9-10 week window. I have no time line for this one, just gonna take it when it looks ready enough.

yup yup yup, PCK

my chit pink light doing the disco lights in the background

The waiting is the hardest part Tom Petty said true :yummy:

Here is 3 more shots. Maybe some day I will remember to turn the fans down or use a tripod for steady shots, maybe I hope.

Good looking flowers

I had some shots of inner foxtails covered in frost but they were all blurry.

and last

Did a round about look in the garden. Got a flight out tomorrow morning wont be back till friday earliest. I have an auto water pump. I have it set to give about half a liter a day, enough to keep the lower soil moist. The earthbox will dry will dry out a bit. It is ok, the soil is in good shape for flower right now lots of essential micro activity.

I am marking sept 15 as possible harvest start, taste tester taking. I might have a rescue mission to the sunshine state on the same date. So it is flexible.

Under the Timber COB light, the PCK x Kali China.

I dunno, call this mid flower.

Oh yes, I got seeds. 4 looks at same seed pod.

try and try again

I think I can get a better picture of it next time.

This is the belly of the hashy, wet forest, earthy one with the branchy canopy.
All these foxtailly formations along the main lower cola. I am sure due to the density of growth it is trying to air out the buds shape and keep cool with better airflow. I have the clip on fan blowing right on here almost an aggressive air flow.

I been plucking those dead leafs as I go, looks like i still got work to put in

crappy close up of one tail

close up frost formations trichs are standing healthy

I couldn't chose between these 2 randoms.

I am back and it is raining. 40 days and nights or sumthin?
Building a bigger boat for that shark right now. :thumb:

plants are ok. getting pretty heavy in places. I have some over view pictures to keep the story going. I am hoping for some sweet september weather and harvest . pretty happy with myself, not bad for a screw up.

I will have more close up frost pictures later.

the sweet one with seeds on the right and the sour dank 'sensi' on the other right or left...

it got a little thirsty, bit I think it does OKay.

it is even thicker in plain sight, but here is the idea

there is some buds in my tent, buds.

I checked the soil, it doesnt look bad. It could use good soaking. I am making my own distilled water and it takes time. If I can distill half a gallon today and scavenge half a gallon from the automatic water system reservoir, I should be able to give it a good drenching and then see how well it is drinking. If the drinking is slowing down then in 2 weeks I start taking sample buds.....if not.....in 2 weeks i start taking sample buds. . . and a chilll pill.

The flowering is funner than the waiting. This family will give waves of fresh pistil till the end, It will show a slowdown here soon. I think I see a slow down on the sour smelling one. I will keep an eye for a fresh wave of flower. The sweet smelling one has just a tiny bit of purple showing.

This shoulda been a picture of the seeds forming. Looking feckin good to me cause I can see snit without my glasses anyway.

close ups, we got close ups.

a flash bang

getting ripe. different maturity up and down the plant

10.5 hours of light right now

this is where i see the differnt waves of flower. new groups of fresh white getts pushed out from foxtails.

i can see slight purpling in the base of the trichs.

more good stuff

some under shots, the timber cobs are biright.

flash powered

a tiny bud let

a good idea of what all volume of flower there is.... on the sour one

The sour one is more of a wet forest earthy. I just know this is gonna be the badArse one. It has that smoothness.

But I think the sweet plant is actually healthier, stronger in stem and branch.

got a bit of a family crisis sort of thing but i have an upload here just not sure where i left off.

i did some flash vs no flash pics.

First the flash on the sweet one

Then with no flash

Here is the more sour one, no Flash

Then flash on

up close with some purps on the sweet one

seeds cooking

Normal life stuff. Sisterin law is in the hospital. She will be all right. We just have to sort some details out to get her back to her home, we need to sort the level of care she will need at home.

I gave the plant a good drink of EM-1 water. About the recommended strength of EM-1, an ounce to a gallon of distilled.
I might take the plants out of the tent this week to gather up the dry and dead leaves. That is all i got going in the garden, trying to leave it be.

I did some cleaning and then playing with the old DSLR camera.

I figure the plant got put back under flowering lights (11/13) on July 14 ish. So 2 weeks in july 4 weeks in Aug is 6 weeks back on track I think I can be safe and take some mid september. I am looking forward to getting some dry.

Here is what It loked like at lights out today, the sweet smelling one.

This is what I was trying to do, but with better focus. I have toremember how to use the settings on this one.

the depth of field is to narrow.

I will try again tomorrow.
