Keith's Real Second Grow - Banana Jealousy

Those plants have really grown up and look ready to fly the coop!
They went today my cousin came over today, even the mutant has a new home now. I still have the 3 best plants. I could find something a little off on all but the Banana Jealousy. She was perfect if I do say so myself. 🍋

Well, my 3 plants I kept are put to bed. Brad came and took the other 3 my brother-in-law did not need a plant, so he said. He has 3 Dos Se dos seedlings and hopefully they will all survive. I hated seeing them go mostly the Banana Jealousy she was in great shape, but the Pineapple Chunks looked very good too. I just hate seeing them go but it's a good home and Brad started me off with my first plant. He got me growing. I will get pictures of them as they grow. The mutant was a funny looking plant, but it was healthy with strange nodes. :thumb: 🍋

Good morning, all, looks like a beautiful day in the 70s and sunny. I gave my plants a little water as the pots where bone dry. I will need to do my final up pot pretty soon because these plants are getting too big, but it is still below 60 degrees at night. I still have not made up my mind as to what size pot I will use for the Mack and Crack plant, it is a sativa dom plant. I'm afraid if I put it in a 15-gallon pot I will need to water every day and I do not want that. I'm not sure if I even want smaller pots for the indica plants but I do want smaller plants and I know the pot size will not keep the plant much smaller. :thumb:🍋

I have some morning pictures only 3 plants now these are my final plants for the year. They look nice so I hope they all do good. I will need to up pot to the final pots soon.

I think these 3 plants look good and I can't wait to put them in their final pots. The plants are much bigger than last year at this time. Having a tent and light makes all the difference in the world. I will try and pull up some pictures of my last year pictures.

One way I discovered to see if it's okay to upcan is to push up on the bottom of the plastic pot and see if the whole rootball starts to move as a piece toward the rim. That usually means it will hold together on transplant.

I've been transplanting earlier than when I started here because I found that using the "needs water every x days" method left me with very detectable root zones after harvest. When I would break up the soil I could easily see where the 1 gallon roots were or the solo cup roots.

Transplanting earlier makes it look like the roots are transitioning more evenly after upcan.

Good morning 420 woke up to rain and it will continue till around noonish. It is watering day today so it will be done as soon as I can get them outdoors. My plants look pretty good this morning all was standing at attention and I think they all need the water. I could put them out in the rain but then I can't control the amount of rainwater they will get and I want that control. I have the 3 plants in the tent with the inline fan on, but I have a problem now my wife says the fan is too loud. I do not know what I am going to do about that I have it on low. I do not think it is all that loud but like the saying goes. If momma is not happy no one is happy. I need to find another place upstairs to put this tent, but my wife has too much stuff up there to put it up there. I have one room that it may be able to handle the size of this tent. I hope you all are having a good morning today. I will get some pictures a little later on this morning. Take care and I will report on my hunt for a new tent space a little later. Have a great morning. 🍋

Speaking of the Vault I have 2 Mack and Crack plants growing which came from The Vault. Both look good, one was the mutant plant that turned out pretty cool looking it is in Washington Ma. now and the other I have both are really nice plants they germinated out nicely and I see big plants coming from them both. Being sativa dominate seeds they should be very large plants. The one in Washington is going in a 5-gallon bucket and the one I kept will be going in a 15 or 20 gallon grow pot. 🍋

Otters idea looks great is I could make it. I will need to keep this in mind for when I move my tent upstairs. Even if I think the fan is not too loud. I have to remember my tent is set up in my wife's office and I see no way of changing that. 🍋
