Keith's First Plant

Good morning!
Liberty Tree Mall is now a Liquor store for the most part now. But what a packy it is! You have one over by you? Total Wine
 
I know most the shops out here are naked and abandoned. Sad looking buildings. The closest mall is in St Louis and we only go that direction for the VA hospital. I think the biggest mall we got is Walmart lol

I can remember going X-mas shopping at the mall and it was so crowded that you were bumping into people. Now everything is boarded up. CL🍀

Yeah that's crazy sad. That was always fun as hell, to go hang at the mall, and window shop for things you can't afford or fit into 😋 and the aromas that would fill the air from the beauty stores to the food courts.. mmmmm 🌭🥨🍦
 
I tried to bring it back and there is a little tag that tares when the box gets open that said it cannot be returned so the dollar store would not take it back. It will work just a little large but it will work great in a 4x4 or even a 3x3 so I will use it when it gets to warm in my tent. Right now, it only gets up to 73 degrees in the tent. 🍋

Thats a beautiful plant but yes, my tent is only 3 ft high. I should have thought it out a little longer before getting this tent but I did get it into the house so the next one will be easier introducing to my wife. I have to make this little one do seedlings first. Then slide another one in. 🍋

Hi @KeithLemon , I’ve been away forever, glad to have a little time again. Awesome. New tent. A 3’ high tent eh? Wow. So as many have said it’s all about your training! I’d also go photo exactly for the reasons already mentioned. You’ll be surprised how productive a plant can be in this scenario. One thing I’d suggest I haven’t seen anyone say yet: in that short of a tent, it will perhaps behoove you to use all the nodes. Like, even the branches from node one. Normally many of us would chop that or more. But to be productive at that height you will likely need them. Fwiw.
 
Thanks, Jon I don't think I am ready, yet I am going to just use it to start my seedlings and may be 1 uppot, In 1 gallon pots. I will be honest I may cook my seedlings because when I start them it is not going to be warm enough out to put them outside. We will see. Thanks for stopping by. 🍋

Can’t you keep them inside until it gets warmer or no?
 
Yes, I have my little 2x2 and I think they will stay small enough to make it a month in my tent. Then it should be warm enough outside. I have never grown in a tent, so my decision is start them in March or wait till April. I started in April last year and kept them inside during the night and on the porch on warm days at 60 degrees and sunny. It is a different story now with the tent and light. I cannot wait to start and will stay with 3 plants may be 4. If the weather does not get warm enough, I could have plants too big for my tent. I just do not know. 🍋

That I will last year I learned how to top my plants and more like more distance apart from each other. I also started 6 plants by seed and 5 made it plus I had a clone, so I gave 3 plants away. This year I am going to try and start just what I need and no more. I am not sure how that is going to work out. Should I play it safe and germinate more seeds? I do not know just yet. 🍋
 
I thought you had some takers for extra plants, no?
 
Yes, I have takers all I can give him. I do not know how many I can fit in there to me it seems small. I will take everything out and see how many solo cups I can fit within reason. I am doing 3 different strains. Two of each will only make six. Bear with me @InTheShed I got a good buzz on but thanks for helping me figure this out. 🍋
