I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's all down to the genetics, and the soil I'm using is allowing the plant to reach its full potential. Not to mention the light quality and the vpd etc.

Nothing better than great genetics. Ya seem to get less variants from plant to plant. Nice to know pretty much what you'll get.I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's all down to the genetics, and the soil I'm using is allowing the plant to reach its full potential. Thanks Greenmobster. I might try the 12/12 from seed method on the next Trainwreck plant.Nothing better than great genetics. Ya seem to get less variants from plant to plant. Nice to know pretty much what you'll get.
I agree with absorber..your plants are a beautiful green. You've got them dialed in for sure. I've seen folks veg until they get alternating nodes. They say that is the indicator of a mature plant that is ready to flower.
On the other side of the box. I once new a breeder who would frequent a old site called Overgrow. His gig was growing 12)12 from seed. Sounds crazy but it works and you can have a continuous harvest. This method really shines when growing tropical or exotic long leg sativa's or hazes with 16-20+ weeks of flowering. No veg time just straight into flower which saves a ton of time. Dude had a whole room full of pots and plants in different stages. He'd just sow the seed and weed out the males as he went. No feminized seed back then so all reg seed. Google 12/12 from seed. Plenty of info. Just another method to grow..
I like your tie down devices, she's looking goodWe had our Xmas work do today. I decided to throw caution to the wind and had two whole cans of Red Bull.
Nek minute... snip, crush, bend, stretch.
She definitely looks like a Trainwreck now
I gave her 5ltrs of water with humic acid and guano, now we're both amped up!
I wondered the same but then I noticed fishing line running from them to the plant hooks so I figured they were a form of yoyoAll spread out like a hot breakfast.. . What are those little white discs in the pot? 4 of them.
I used them to keep my colas from flopping over. CL"All spread out like a hot breakfast"
Yeah you're right Absorber, they're called yoyos.
They're spring loaded with about 3feet of fishing line, and the pin locks the wheel in place. They're absolutely perfect for the way I train plants... better than string.
Looking healthyA few hours later...
I don’t know if it’s just the lighting but it seems a little dark green to me but still healthy. CL.I'm going to keep her growing flat like this until the she reaches the edge of the pot. Then I'll flip to 12/12.
I tucked the shade leaves out of the way for now to expose the inner shoots to the light.
Before and after shots.
Yeah I think it's the lightI don’t know if it’s just the lighting but it seems a little dark green to me but still healthy. CL.
Sometimes it’s hard to tell so that’s why I asked. CL.Yeah I think it's the light
She is definitely very green, it could be something to do with the Guano I fed her...Sometimes it’s hard to tell so that’s why I asked. CL.
