I find if you have a look up through the leaves (with light in the background)you can see if they are getting any damage that's not noticeable until its too late. Have a look and see if there's more damage or if it's just those couple of spots.

Can't see anything looking from underneath, but there's 7 leaves affected, and those are spread across the plant randomly, it's only minor damage though. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and see if it's going to be an issue. I hope not.
I'm also wondering if she's starting to go through the process of senescence.

Are you using CalMag ? That deficiency can cause burn spots and generally shows itself around mid flower

No, but I can get some. Maybe the soil hasn't quite got enough for a heavy feeder.
