Have you blind tested a lower bud and a top bud after curing? I'm curious as to the difference since I've never seen a lab test comparison.

Note the long, bare stems. This is less than ideal. It indicates that I had to remove that much flarf.

The entire reason for this is my lack of removing the bullshit shoots during the growing. Deflarfing 101. I either just missed it, forgot it, or got lazy. So you see the result. About half of this is adequate to serve as smoking “littles,” but the other half is pure flarf. All of it was underneath the tops and got little or no light. I know better. I bet we don’t even hit more than 3 ounces jarred of the good bud. That said, it is truly spectacular. I’ve grown it a bunch and these are the frostiest, densest, and most colorful I’ve gotten yet. And she stinks!!
Anyway, again, live and learn. I guess some lessons bear repeating in the eyes of the almighty Weed God. Stupid me. Lol!!

Whoa!!! Now that’s deflarfing!!! Way impressive Shed. No I’ve never tried the upper and lower bud thing. However, I do smoke the crap myself (my “littles”) and they’re almost all from underneath and low. My perception almost always is no difference in buzz or taste, just density and enjoyment. Thank you @Fenderbender - that’s exactly what I did. Wanted to see how dog hair worked as a background. Lol.
So where is the puppy.So I picked up this puppy. For one small reason or another, all my other pieces are just a little off. Not quite right, whether it be circumference of the tube, the length of the water piece, or the draw of the particular bowl piece. This one is perfect. My headshop allows you to put your mouth on the tube to check it (with a tissue, then immediately cleaned with antiseptic wipes), which is awesome. This one, although not the colors or anything I’d like, no designs, no lizards on the outside, no mushrooms in glass…is just a super solid, thick glass, very stable, and perfectly sized bong for me. Not easy to find the perfect fit.
