Hi JonI just had a friend tell me that she can PROVE that a strain is “good for sleep.” She says the proof is right there in her Fitbit. I don’t have one but I guess it rates your sleep. I shared some of Yoda’s Gelato 45 with her and she says it’s amazing for sleep and I can PROVE it! All proud of herself. Lmao!!!!
There's actually something to that, imo. I know I definitely sleep better with some of my stuff than with others.I just had a friend tell me that she can PROVE that a strain is “good for sleep.” She says the proof is right there in her Fitbit. Though attitude of the day may have put a thumb on the scale of quality of sleep, I think that's an interesting tool to use! I'm interested to hear more from her!I just had a friend tell me that she can PROVE that a strain is “good for sleep.” She says the proof is right there in her Fitbit. To get the most of the fitbit readouts, a smartphone needs to have the app. I love this thing!Though attitude of the day may have put a thumb on the scale of quality of sleep, I think that's an interesting tool to use! I'm interested to hear more from her!
Wow! Thanks @Lady Cannafan!! Ladies and gentlemen, we have confirmation. It’s a go. The Fitbit is a thing. I gotta call my friend. Lmao!!Hi Jon
It's absolutely true. I have the fitbit and it rates my sleep every night. It measures hours of deep rem sleep, restless sleep, etc.
I have proven to myself that when I consume a "special caramel" before I go to sleep, my rating is much closer to what the body needs for deep and restful sleep, than not having the med.
Funny. You never know what it is that will actually spurn a mini conversation. Lol. Which is great cuz damn I’m at the point now where I only have pictures left pretty much for a month yet.Wow! Too funny. Tell your friend "good on you" for enjoying that fitbit. I did not get sucked into paying for extra services with it, I just stuck to the free basics. I love the feature where you measure your heart rate and SPo2 levels too.Funny. You never know what it is that will actually spurn a mini conversation. Lol. Yeah, but falling on them from 30 feet up can't really be a fair test, right?I’ve wrecked 2 fitbits.
Not durable enough for me.
But without RSO I’d never get any sleep.
Smoking helps a bit too.
Stay safe
