Are you opposed, or just like to keep things dialed in as you know it?
Not opposed. Just need the right plant at the right time to try it. I also like @Stunger’s method of extending it with emergency waterings sort of thing. It’s n the list. Also I’m still learning what “as I know it” means in coco. Edit: I should have entered that last picture in PHOTM. Damn.

Hi @Carmen Ray - hey I put both seedlings in the sun and watered the small one. The 3 gallon one wasn’t dry yet. It takes about 24-30 pulls in the trigger of the sprayer as you go around the circle. That should take about two days to dry, maybe less in the sun.

Hey Jon, I thought we were watering via the well from day 5 onwards. Have I missed something? Also I don't recall the one in the 3 gallon pot? I can't visualise them. Can you maybe post a pic or two please? My seedlings are on day 2 AG.

Sure @Carmen Ray. By well you mean the moat? Yes, we are. Until transplant. When I say I watered I mean in the moat. The 3 is the 24 Karat I saved from the spent soil pile. Don’t worry about that. I threw it in cuz the watering is identical. Ring the plant, let dry, repeat, extend ring as plant grows. Okay?

I needed something to replace the 24 Karat in the spent soil pile. That dirt is so rich now it’s homemade super soil basically. Gotta put something in it. So I popped a Strawberry Banana Auto from 420FastBuds, my last seed of it, and the same plant @BubbaKush909 is growing. It’s on paper towel now already cracked.

That sounds good @Jon! I'm loving how she's looking, and yours will probably be waaaay bigger! Your spent soil pile is better than Santa Klaus LOL

A Simple Declaration

The worst part of the grow is waiting on the trichomes to turn.

That is all.

Tom Petty had it right - the waiting is the hardest part.

By well you mean the moat?
I do mean moat and I don't know how the word well replaced moat in that correspondence lol.... crazy... ok so watering in the moat then, thanks Jon and thank you for the picture... what a cutie :)

Nope. Waiting for a bean to pop, hoping and praying you didn't just waste cash on a dud....that's the worst part for me

Wow. Looking very solid as usual.

Which of your girls has the GPS chips in them?

Speaking of spent soil, do you recycle your spent Sohum?
Hi @Farmer Reading - I do depending on the root ball at the end. If I did a less than stellar job and the roots still have space to go at harvest then yes, and I dump onto that spent soil pile. If I did it right and the root ball is stuck in the container (thankfully this is more often the case nowadays) I assume they’ve used it up and then no. Also if the plant needed additives in mid to late flower, as I’ve found a few times with Sohum, then no, for the same reason.
