John's Wicked Bloom Room: Powered By Budget LED

Hey Back, thanks for stopping by, yep there's a lot in the box!
Do what you gotta do, hopefully I'll see you later. :nomo:

Hey, I wanted to thank you for the great job with my buddy DK.
Excellent, Brother! :green_heart: :thumb:

Alright! I’m all caught up!

And hey thanks man! I know he’s do the same for me if it were the other way around! :thumb:

You’ve got a great grow going! I’m excited to see how it turns out!

Wow DK I haven't been able to find you, welcome to the Bloom Room, right now we're all flying high at an altitude of 30,000 feet and never plan to come down.
Super glad that you made it. :yahoo:
Has the weather finally warmed up in SA?
How did my Girlfriend "Shorty" turn out?
Now that I see you're growing, I'm going right over and get a space before the tickets to your new grow are all sold out.
You come a long way in a very short time, congrats. :thumb:
I'm humbled by your very nice words. Thank you so much! I will be following up more!

Weather is warmer but we had 2 random old weeks.
Shorty came out as one of the best actually. She grew the widest and had a fair amount of yield. Her nanners is what ended it! Well I have 6 new ones in coco and I am about to vote 2 out for adoption!

Thanks again for the kind words buddy and all your help!

Good morning fellow grower's and comedian's. :welcome:

This morning's brew is Great White, 6cc Cal-Mag/g and Syrup 1Tsp./g of water. :meatballs:

The ladies seem to be recovering well after the "Super Cropping", actually it look's like a tangled up mess in there right now.

I took my yard stick just for S and G, I laid it across both of them. :yahoo:

It look's like I'm going to have to stagger them and ajust the light's accordingly.

We need a bigger tent . . .:woohoo:

Here take a look . . .

So today's project is cleaning up, mop the tent and move light's.

Green Day's, Comedy and Peace to all of you :snowboating:

I will try and get a screen shot of the PPM meter I have and send it to ya. I’ve been doing some reading and I have decided to go with Coco mixed with 30% pearlite. I have a huge bag of pearlite left over so I’ll only need to get the coco. I have decided to go with Mother Earth Coco because I really wanted to use Roots Organics Soiless but they don’t have it at my local hydro shop and Mother Earth is available and had some great reviews and specifically with cannabis.
I’d love to try some different lights but maybe in the future I can upgrade and these plug and play Full Spectrum LEDS haven’t been bad at all on electricity and the heat is easier to deal with.
I agree with you on taking care of this one body we are given it’s already getting me back for all the crap I did to it in my twenties! The Lupus does enough damage I don’t need to add to it.
I’ll definitely be here for ya on any questions you may have and answer to the very best of my ability. I’ll get back to ya ASAP on the PPM meter.
Happy growing :)
:passitleft::Namaste:

A whole lot of thanks to ya Ms. Candy Cane for any 411 you may have on the PPM.

Lupus oh wow, the only thing I know about Lupus is that they don't know a lot about it and it's a terrible thing to deal with. :hugs::hugs::hugs:
I intend to put you in my daily prayer list, if you don't mind sweet lady, ya know. . . . it can't hurt. :green_heart::high-five:
Super glad weed help's you. :roorrip:

Good to hear that you're going with coco instead of lifting heavy bucket's.

So the "Mother Earth" brand name coco is the one to go with, I'll start looking for that too.

Green Day's, Comedy, Health and Peace to you Girl :snowboating:

This is the PPM meter that I have but it appears it’s out of stock at the moment

This one also has good reviews and may actually get it as a backup myself

I’m sure there are better ones out there but these are affordable and the one I have has been good to me thus far!
Have a great night :)
:peace::green_heart::Namaste:

Thanks brother!!

I will definitely frequent in here often! As long as my notifications cooperate lol.

Here’s a lil bit of a joke. Sorry if it’s a bit out of place.

Monkey has grown hair
An 11 year old girl realized that she had started to grow hair between her legs. she got worried and asked her mummy about the hair.

Her mom calmly said, "That part where hair has grown is called a monkey, be proud that your monkey has grown hair."

Next morning at breakfast she told her sister, "My monkey has grown hair."

Her sister smiled and said, "That's nothing, mine is already eating bananas."

Speaking of Monkeys...
Another monkey joke

What did the monkey say when he peed in the cash register?

"This is going to run into a lot of money"

Been looking at OBs for a while now, thanks for showing the results :)

One question I see you have placed the DRIVERS outside of the tent.
Do you by chance have a laser type temp gauges ? I am curious to know
the Temp coming off the Driver ? and at what percentage they are running
when readings are taken.

Also if you can take a reading on the back side of the Light ? I would be
curious to know the temp being generated at that point also.

Thanks for posting this

Hey Gazoo:

In our testing, the heatsink averages about 123 degrees Fahrenheit and the driver averages about 125 degrees Fahrenheit @ max wattage. You can also cool both down more with a fan.

Thanks so much for getting back to me on that. It makes a big difference in a small tent.
Looks like running the drivers outside of the grow area is a very good idea.

Not a problem at all. A fan would help that some. In my personal 3 x 3, temps hit about 78 degrees with everything inside my tent. Passive air in / fan out.

Our 120w heatsink free runs even cooler. It has been hitting around 85 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit in testing. It's a solid option for small tents. Checkout the Dutchmans grow journal in our signature. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Good morning everyone.

Today is day 8 of flower and this morning the menu was almost a gallon each of 2-tbl/g of worm castings and bat poop, 1-tsp/g of Syrup and 6cc/g Cal-Mag.

After cleaning up and staggering the ladies because were running out of room in here,
the ladies were put up on a pedestal today, in fact it's a turning pedestal that I bought from Zon.

I don't know what they think about them, but both my back and neck feels a whole lot better.

Not only did that improve my life, so did the 1 gallon sprayer that I bought to water them with.

Thank you @carcass for both great suggestion's.

I reccomend both of these product's to anyone with a spinal injuries.

So the ladies are really loving these new adjustmen'ts.

I backed the light's all the way down to take these shot's.

Good morning Ms. @candycane, glad to see you up so early so bright eyed a bushy tailed. :green_heart:

Lol Goodmorning John! Couldn’t sleep it’s 2:45am where I’m at crawled outta bed to the couch. Hope your morning is coming along good so far :green_heart:

It's the same time here

As far as my day goes, it's almost over only to wake up again at 5 am. Ouch!

my back and neck hurt again, so it's time to get off.

I just wanted to say hello.

Okay sweet Princess, good night to you. :cough:

Good score on the turning pedestals and the sprayer. :thumb:

That’ll make your job a whole lot easier.

It’s 725 Am right now where I’m at. The daughter decided to wake up just after 6 am lucky me :yahoo:

Thanks Back, it takes longer than a pour on, but because its slower feed the ladies absorbed more before run off.

I did learn the hard way not to spray them on the top of the soil because it shoots soil everywhere. Big mess to clean up last night.

I learned to stick the tip of the wand into the soil and then release the food.

Now everyone knows what not to do. :hmmmm:
