John's Wicked Bloom Room: Powered By Budget LED

What's up Mr, P?
I'm under 3' 1/2 of the white stuff with 4'-5' drifts.
Good thing I'm not going anywhere for about a week.
Damn.

Excellent trio, I knew you would like them.

"Driver's out" great choice!

Thanks for you post.

Keep them coming. :thumb:

This is why I keep this journal going, so everyone that has these fantastic lights can post them here.

Folk's, keep the photos coming.

ant special think about this this : having problems (can't keep line connected in the wago connector) this is the cord from the boards (6ft) to the out-put side of the driver? everything else came connected ( dimmier and Led boards - 2) sure looks like a great quality light I will get it but a simple thing like this come-on !!!

The first to around I had the same problem, but I looked at a UTube video on 'wago connectors' and soon found out that I wasn't opening it all the way.
I was being very gentle and trying not to force anything, that's when I found out that the problem was me.
Just make sure you open it up straight and not slanted, then you should be okay.
Please let Budget know on their thread if this solution doesn't work. They don't seem to come here anymore.

lol my exact experience .

Exactly James,
We're thought to be gentle with moving parts and not to force anything.
I'm glad you were able the work it out.
Hopefully, @safeman was being overly cautious, just Li the both of us.
If that's not the problem, I'm sure Budget will fix it rapidly.

Green day's to everyone.

will look at u-tube. guess treating to gentle (only pulling the wago "post" only about 1/2 way (don't want to break it !!!((which naturally would happen) Peace !!! going to run some In House Genetics "Sugar Cane" (Slurricane x Platium Kush) they wanted $250.00 for 12 fem seeds but found a site that one can get 6 seeds for $118.00 !! THIS STRAIN IS SO FULL OF TRICHOMES YOU CAN'T SEE THE BUD FORMATION) But as you know the results depend on the cultivator

Yea ! I only open them 1/2 way like you say - and again the problem is ME not Budget - "If an genius can do it; no issue but if it's so easy that an idiot can do it then there is a problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!" just kidding _ Man !!! I can't believe the light it puts out. Then again; thanks for ALL the help I got from ALL members --- thanks 420

check out these bad boys.

I have used your ideas for all the drivers, ect - can't believe how clean the electrical area is - now need to get a smoke detector and a small fire extingusher Hey -- a while back you posted some picture about a small fire you had ?? what's with that. The other component is what temps, ect ? can't make it out - ever think of using co2? very inexpensive it comes with a timed released regulator and 4 co2 canasters (+/-) forget the name of but can get it on e-bay Great for small room-- think it produces 1500ppm (will get name of it)

Great job Safeman.
As far as having a fire, I think you have mistaking me for someone else.
I haven't had a fire with these lights, but I'm always fearful of a fire, so that's why I only in the Light's when I'm home.
We're all looking forward to seeing some photos of your set up soon.

Green day's to you, Sir.

Great glad you made a nice clean setup. If u were replying to me the other device is a trolmaster hydro x controller. I highly recommend it and can give you lots of info about it if you want. I have def thought about co2 but would have to completely change my hvac around for the room I think.

I have been considering this type, they will auto extinguish when temp reaches 165F Deg

Got the lights in on Friday! Finished the install late last night. Good job! @Budget LED These lights are beautiful! Like you guys nailed it. I love these lights lol. These are quality built lights! For a good price. The light brightness/penetration is insane and Budgets customer support has been amazing answering my e-mails and questions very promptly. The packaging was bulletproof. Great workmanship! Thanks Budget!

Here's my setup

I built a remote lighting control board. Something that can be mounted to the wall and relocated fairly easily. Just unplug the LED boards and it can be relocated in a giffy. All i had to put the board on is a shoe rack, so i built it to fit on that. The power goes in to the digital light timer and that runs the two receptacles.

I drilled a couple holes in to a JB cover and mounted the dimmers on them. Once i got the lights on, i put my ammeter on my temp. makeshift pigtail & that helped me label the wattage on the plates. 50, 100, 150, 200, 250. (I'll likely redo this. was in a rush) At full power i get 4.3A@120VAC (516W) from the wall. I did each light individually, their exactly the same. Still have yet to ammprobe the DC side, but i need a new meter.

Used two pieces of shallow strut to elevate the drivers for good airflow. Only running at 250W atm so don't need a fan on the drivers yet, but I'll likely add one off the lighting timer soon. I adjusted the hanging kits a bit just to get more distance and it gives me way more control of the angle if i ever need to use them. I grounded everything from the wall to the heat sinks.

Thanks @John Wick @TurboBucket @Chris Scorpio @Budget LED for helping me fix/solve my lighting! Super happy with the decision to get these puppies!

Also, is my big plant supposed to droop like that & some leaf tips are curling in? I just transplanted the two little ones in to FFOF. All water PH is 6.8-7. I have 5 gallon fabric pots now, but idn if i can pull off transplanting the big one lol. That one and the short bushy one are in Pro-Mix Premium home depot soil. It has time release nutes in it that says good for 9 months. Little worried about the time release & the 5 gallon buckets not drying quick enough? I plan to keep that one in veg for a long time.
