Keep in mind good folks, my Red Spec lights are at 3000k, which is for flowering, but you can also specify the same excellent Quantum Boards in 3500k.
The 3500k Quantum Boards are for Veg through Flowering, so you can have one board that will do a complete cycle.

I'm not sure I understand your complete question.
Let me try . .
It took 3 days to slowly get to 50%. The second day I bumped them up to fast and saw that they had light/heat stress, so I reduced a bit. Then slowly worked them up again.
After a total of 3days with these new lights on and at 50%, then I put them into 24hours of complete darkness.
After the 24 hours, I then turned on the Light's at 50%.
Now I can say that they have been flipped for the Flowering cycle of 12 hours on and 12 hours off.
Before that they were at 18/6.
I hope I explained this right.

used to do a 12/12 flip but the last grow used 11/13 cycle - feel better plant - understand the a plant need 13 to 13.5 hours of darkness to induce flowering (flower time is also cut by one week)- seems many are using this cycle - many use this cycle when growing 100% sativa's or dominate sativa strains

You know I am in awe of thse ladies 9" boost. You don't need a bigger tent you need a room!
