John's Wicked Bloom Room: Powered By Budget LED

Crap.

And to think I brought all this on myself

Shit.

If I hadn't rolled the dice one too many times by putting my plant's outside for the beautiful sun.

Shit.

If I had these Light's back then, none of this would have ever happened.

So I'm going to blame it all on Budget Led for not being a sponsor earlier this summer, because if they were, i wouldn't have done this stupid shit

I'm sounding like Hillary now. :yahoo:

.:laugh::rofl::laugh::rofl::laugh::rofl::laugh::rofl::laugh::rofl:

We have seen people use them indoors. You just need an alternative food source just case you dont have enough active bugs for them to feed.

The filter thing on the inside would be a good idea.

Also, if you dont mind seeing them around the house, you should be fine.

Thank you, I'm cool with ladybugs. It was a choice between wasps or ladybugs And wasps kill me.
Now all I have to do is find out what to feed them.

That is right! That is exactly what people do. I couldn't remember but thanks for the reminder.

Alrighty then, some have more pet's.
So raisins it is.
Do I put them on the damp sponge, how does this all come together?

How do; keep myself from eating all the raisins?

I just kept a few raisins on a lid from a jar with a damp sponge next to them. Place it somewhere they can find it.

Best advice I can give about ladybugs...

#1, they are master escape artists, and #2, be sure to bud wash at harvest. Ladybugs poop too. LoL

Got it.

Thanks Preston, I always bud wash with banking soda and lemon juice.

Do I feed them after they start munching on the bug's?

I would think so, right?

I wonder, should I put there food on the sunshine or shade.

I'll look it up.

No I haven't, have you ever used bug's to get rid of bug's, of so can you give me some tips?

Fast scan Looks like its all been covered but since you asked
Here is a link to my DIY IN-tent lady bug home, will last from mid VEG to End of 10 week flower
but SPONGE and Raisons need to be monitored along with a very slow release

Looks like you need to click the first green line in the drop down WINDOW below

Speaking of raisins, would tossing some into the soil be like adding slow release sugar?

Interesting idea  that just reminded me The Raisins need to be changed about once a week or so.
They will attract ants once they start to ferment under the light, learned that early on :rofl:

Cool deal @Gazoo !

I read the LB can last a year, then in the spring (warm) put them out to breed.

I really appreciate the DIY, LB house.

I'll build it and make you proud.

Thank you again. :green_heart:

Just occurred to me  cant remember your location but if you are near a
LOWES they stock them, HomeDepot may as well.
They are located in the garden dept in small refrigerator along with
many other FUN Preparatory bugs, even praying mantis

Unfortunately, no Lowe's around here, so I'll build the house and the bug's are on the way.

Hummmm, maybe so and then being in soil would stop me from eating them. LOL

Sounds like the same one, I wont be able to confirm until 10pm my time (lights on)
but I am sure any Seedling Dome/tray combination will work, Size IS a issue if you have
a small tent but suspect any size should work/

Last make sure to add the extra air holes with the paper clip, I suspect it could get very
warm under there without it.

One of the tents is 28"x28", maybe I should get a smaller one with the same idea for that one.

And yes, I'll wait until you open your tent.
Shipping time won't make a difference anyway.

OK my Mondi clone tray and cover measure
21" longest side
11" Front to back &
10" High

I measured the Height with the lid on the tray so that may be why
mine measures higher ?

Thanks for getting back to me on that, sounds like I found it.

I can only fit that one in the 4x4, so ill have to find a smaller vented dome with tray for the 28'x28'.

I also read that I should put in some twigs, folded cardboard and shredded paper for them to feel at home and crawl on.

Another thing they like is an upside down egg crate.

I also ordered a natural sponge.

I really appreciate all the help Gazoo, thanks a lot.
