Johnnystackz's Second Grow: Dosipunch, Wet Betty, Molten Lava, White Linen, 3 Bears OG, Indoor 2020

Wet betty treating me well, didnt get a wet weight because i did a way different method of drying that seems to be working out even better then the bud wash then cut method of things. Decided no wash and 3 days of drying did her just right

Beautiful harvest so far.

What maybe you switch up from bud washing this time?

I was thinking of trying my hand a bud washing come harvest. Mainly due to the spider mite issues I'm currently handling. Figure wash off any lingering bug doody. Lol

The plants that got hit with spider mites the most i washed but this time I cut And hung the whole plant for about 48 hours within that time I watched all the spider mites crawl to the stem of the plant. A.k.a. the bait and hook tactic. It killed a lot of them off the plant and noticed when I was trimming most of the leaves are pretty clean on this one so I decided to stay away from washing. Some infesteed areas i did a lite rinse with a warm water bucket. But nothing more this time. To be honest I risned like 3 nugs out of the 200gs

Also I switched it up this time because I noticed that the plant wasn’t getting hit as hard as the others and really had a great lifeline.
I heard alot of ole timers say
that all you need todo after harvest is hang dry if your garden is golden. & it stems to be true to a point. There are upsides when it comes to weight taste and etc but we must also take in fact the properties we included durring our grow and if any reason wash for any issue like mildew pests etc. But bud washing isnt bad I enjoyed washing and the taste but needed to take a swing at this method this time

Thank you for the details.

Let's see how this weekend's treatment goes. I'm spraying them tonight with The Safers.
Hope it goes well my friend! Remember to wear some gloves with any pesticides! keep spraying for 5 days straight and give the plants a break. Make sure you dont kill them fighting the borg

Yo stacks! Had to comment to keep abreast on your events. Still fairly new and want alerts when ya post.
@Patient puffer its all good friend! Sometimes updates work funny on the alerts! Got a ton of nee grows kicking off too

B cane has gotten chopped down and washed. The big tent is now clean and being ran with my new girls. Clone wars moves into the small tent. This runs almost finished. Again no wet weight on bcane but after the wash drys up a little bit ill weigh her up and see where we are at. This was a hell of a first run in the big tent. Lots if learning non the less. Biggest lesson is to praise your environment variables and make sure to clean the environment if it might damage the potential harvest to come. No need to start a war :Namaste: :laughtwo: :hippy:
Hoping these spider mites will be gone for good. Praying atleast

62g from b cane , not alot but she was getting eaten alive at the end so we cut her short and spared the trouble of fighting a war on spider mites. But fun note the big tent is clean and doesnt have mites now so successful finish to themis grow and this is now completed. Ill post picks of the last straggler that turned female later this weekend

Nice. Not a lot but high quality. Considering all the issues you had ya come out in the green with some nice bud. I been stoned for weeks now. Loose a day now and then but that's okay..lol. Ya ever mess around making edibles? Butter and decarbed pot recipes are a killer buzz for hours.
