Lady bugs ea aphids but don't really care
For spider mites. They have never worked
For me or my brother in law or the other
Growers I know in person. Predatory
Mites work pretty good.

How I get rid of them in veg though is
Mixing a shallow tote with flora mite and
Dipping each branch in it.

Hello Spring :)

I had probs with the ultra late finishers with some black aphids too. Some shit last year I didnt harvest till december, some got covered with aphids.

So lady bugs seem all purpose to me. And I plan on gluing their little wings so they will be forced to eat spider mites if there are any lol.

Anyways never heard of people selling red mites here. Just ladybugs.

I also been thinking of getting geckos because the darn compost piles i got brewing up attract the outdoor cockroaches. Kinda weak (although technically they help decompose compost faster). Geckos naturally live in the desert and their main food is cockroaches.

Would be pretty sweet to just have armies of geckos, mantis andladybugs cruising around the yard. If these darn birds would eat the stupid catapillars too i would be on ez street.

Rut roh shaggy.

I think my J-13s outside might have started to flower.

Its too early to be certain. But They have a couple extra hairs at the tops along with more leaves and what could be a bud or two...

Lets hope its just new stems or leaves growing out and it just decided to have a lil extra hairs grow...

TBH if those are somehow flowering thats complete crap though. The indicas I had outside like 2 or 3 weeks earlier and they arnt flowering. Why a near pure sativa would flower in like 14.5 hours of light is beyond me...

My babies better not go out all jerry springer style dressing all flamboyant showing off their damn goods as preteens, they are barely bigger then babies ffs.

Dammit let my babies stay young and infertile for a few more months!!!

i have been giving them supplimental light too.

I just had another look and it is possible its just new veg growth and it decided to have a 2nd set of pistols as thats all it really is so far... I got patio lights on as we speak and for a minute i was shining my flashlight right up on them lol.

All the j-13 are growing very fast. Too fast for it to be transitioning into flower id hope...

My worst nightmare would be to come out tomorrow and find all my plants in flower lol.

My Lucy is just starting to flower:) She has started a little earlier than Kiksum I believe? She hasnt got all full flowers - you can just start to see some extra white pistils or smalll leaves among her tips now, Hoping in another 2 - 3 weeks to see some more development.

Think about it though, plants tend to grow faster in flower Not tryna jinx ya :)

Youll find out in about another week though if it hant already been 2 weeks yet. Hows the hydro system running? I just learned a great deal about air lol.

Ill share with ya. To sum it all up, cooler water holds more o2. Max o2 nutrient solution holds is 12ppm. Warmer water only holds about 7 ppm. No matter how much o2 is being pumped into the res the water will only hold that much depending on water temps which shouldnt be higher than 49F. So youll see alot better results with keeping the temps lower. I shall share with with miwa :)

Yeah water over like 90 degrees can no longer hold dissolved oxygen.

With the J-13s i think they grow more in veg from what i heard and seen. Dude told me they almost stop vertical growth in flower, but in veg well... 7 feet in less then 3 months says it all imo.

Right now they are really nice and growing hard. TBH everything has been growing hard this past week or two in my garden. All my weed (besides the indoor hydro, which is still slow...), all my veggies, most of my fruits.

Shit is going good outside, J-13s are getting scary growth but i can just keep training them to stay low :).

Birds shit on the J-13s though lol. I washed it off :).
