Jgrowlove's 50 Fire Strain Hunt: 1000W HPS

I grew her in mainly Fox Farms ocean forest soil. I used bottled cal mag two or three times in flower I used to use fox farms bottled nutrient trio but I've found I don't need them since my plants remain green usually until harvest. I have recycled the soil from previous runs and ive also added earthworm castings and perlite to it.
Well shit u knocked it out the park great job i had heard ffof didnt do so great. Like it lost its power half way threw flower or sumthn but I guess it was just who was growing with it lol cause u did great. Also what strains make up the black dog u have there?

Description

Black D.O.G. is an F1 hybrid created by crossing Blackberry Kush with Emerald Headband. It is a potent 85% sativa strain that is very easy to grow and has very high outdoor yield potential.

The vegetative and root growth is quite explosive making it possible to move into the flowering phase in double quick time. Although the fan leaves are broad the inter-nodal distance is wide enough to allow for good light penetration and a more even structural development. Expect the stretch to be around 30% during flowering which takes between 48 and 55 days.

In the fifth week large crown buds appear producing a high level of oils and resin. The perfume is strongly reminiscent of berry and grape. Indoor yields are between 350 - 400 gr/m2 in a flowering time of 7 - 8 weeks. In outdoor environments Black D.O.G. can reach over 3 meters tall and is ready to be harvested at the end of September or the beginning of October in northern latitudes. Yields are anywhere between 1 and 3 kilos of dried weight per plant.

THC production is between 16% - 21% depending on conditions and grower expertise. Predominant aromas and flavours of berries, grapes and diesel fuel. This strain is highly recommended for the relief of pain, migraines and as an appetite stimulant and it has qualities that are cerebral as well as developing into a couch-lock finish which can make for a very pleasant, relaxing experience.

Thanks guys I love this site because it allows us to find the best genetics that have already been tested by fellow growers so it makes the process of find the top shelf ones quicker. I was impressed at your autos JohnnyC. I wanna get some autos popped with my clones when I get the chance to upgrade my veg room. I see some ppl growing killer autos

Autos come ALONG way Jgrow. I remember when I grew some of the first, 'Lowrider' on the market. You were lucky if you got 5 grams off a plant of shitty ass weed. It was just a novelty. And the auto flowering genetics are no stronger than smoking rope or someones welcome mat. But over the last 10-12 years breeders have been crossing high quaility strains with these auto genetics and she has evolved into some decent weed.
Glad to hear your getting a harvest of that Dog. 3 oz's is a good yield or your first grow. GL and Keepem Green

Update on my flowering girls. I've yet to see anymore PM since I to down the two plants that were affected Platinum Scout V2 and Badazz. I've cleaned out 4x4 tent and replaced the Carnival, CBD Critical Cure, Royal Gorilla. They are all 5 weeks into flower.

Royal Queen Royal Gorilla. Funky Diesel smell. Just absolutely intoxicating to the touch. Can't wait for her to finish. I've never grown a gorilla glue cross.
