Looks like you are starting to get some bushes over there... The nl looks like it's starting to bulk up more... quick rand om question... how loud is you air pump? I'm think of getting something similar...

Which one? I have 3. I have a 50 gallon and a 100 gallon Tetras from amazon, and a EcoPlus Commercial Air 1 - 1 to 18 Watts 793 GPH - 728450 from Amazon that I am currently using. The Tetras are pretty quiet. Where as the Ecoplus is pretty loud but pushes alot more air. And came with a 6 way distribution thing with valves. It works pretty good but if sound is an issue, You may have to build a small sound box to put it in. Just to muffle the sound a little. The Tetras are good also but even the 100 gallon one just doesnt push enough after a month or so. Especially if your trying to put a splitter and split the air flow into 4 different gallon jugs. For a bucket with a big air stone tho. It would have probably been ok. But when I was trying to split the air into different containers, one or 2 of those wouldnt get sufficient air flow. Even when I hooked both the 50 and the 100 up. I would run the 50 into 1 jug and split the 100 into 3 jugs. Maybe it was good enough. IDK I mean EJ says you dont even "really" have to do it. But it conditions the nutes and helps the Microbes. Anyway Here is a picture if you havent seen it of my current pump.
sorry about the red tint. These were took when I first bought it. Took me 20 mins of going thru my pictures here to find it. lol would have been faster if I just went out there and took new ones.

UPDATE: 50 Days
Northern Lights
I lowered the light down to about 28 inches from the little ones and about 25 inches from NL. I will check again tonight to be sure. And maybe even drop the light down again another couple inches. I gotta say that so far I am NOT impressed with this light. But As said in the beginning of this Journal. I am going to hold off judgement of this light until later this year when I grow some photos. As that is what I can best compare and judge how strong this light it. I know its more watts than my mars but I am not seeing it. But these are autos and I have NO CLUE what I should be getting yield and quality wise. Iv seen some pretty big autos. But they were from people with more experience and knowledge than me. And As far as quality. My NL isnt putting on the frost like I would expect. Maybe its the strain or the fact that its an auto, but Northern Lights is a pretty popular strain and has been for as long as Iv been alive. That I would think is for a reason. And Im not getting a strong smell from her. Nor am I seeing much frost. Could be me, auto, strain, temp flux, any number of things other than the light. Soooooooo I will hold off judgement. LOL or at least try my best.
Now that my bitching and whining is done. I made some nutes for her last night. It is currently bubbling and I will feed her tonight. I made 1 gallon

I havent adjusted their LST anymore I have been just letting them grow up. They are already starting to flower so Im guessing I got a few days of stretching. Maybe a week, then thats all I will get out of them. Which isnt much really. If I knew they was gonna stay so small I would have grew all the autos I have. well. Maybe not all but I would have filled the tent up. To at least make it worth it. And I dont think I needed 3 gallons. As small as they are I think 2 would have done the same. Of course they arent done yet and may surprise me. But I doubt it. So I think next time I do an Auto Grow, I will maybe use 2 gallon fab pots. So anyway I have just let them grow since their last LST. Tucking any big leaf I see that is blocking light from future bud sites. I made 2 gallons of nutes for them. I have added bloom because they are of course blooming. So I have the nutes bubbling with NL nutes. Mix went like this per gallon

I bent her over real good last night. And had my way with her. I talked real pretty to her as I bent her over and spread her out nice and slow....... I even took pictures.....oooooh.......aaaaaaah.......
I really did though. Here are the pictures from Tuesday.
Here are the pics of me bending her over. If your offended....dont look.....
There she is fellas....... I tied her to the sign... 1 tie hooked one way...another tie hooked the opposite way. Both hooked to the sign. Reason for it is to keep her whole stalk from bending over, ripping roots and what not. So I brace the bottom of the plant to make sure that when I bend it over. It is actually bending and not tipping. And bending where I want it to bend.
Then I hooked another tie, and hooked the plant about 3/4ths of the way up. And slooooowly, bent her over. Bending..and holding.....holding.......bending a little more and holding.....and holding.......bending a bit more......trying to feel the plant, trying to feel and listen to keep from breaking her. Then when she was at a 90 degree angle. I tied her off.
And then took her bottom branches. That were about 3 inches long. And tied them going the opposite way. So as the plant starts to spread. I have room to keep pulling them that way.
She was still wet so I didnt make her any nutes. Plus she isnt on bloom nutes yet anyway.
Here are a few group shots from last night.
Well thats it for now I guess. Any suggestions or comments I would love to hear them. Please dont be afraid to hurt my feelings. I prefer the truth as oppose to pacifying.

I was talking about the eco plus... I also have a small tetra... as for the auto's as you know I haven't grown them but as far as I understand they are kinda hit or miss and I think that's because of unstable genetics because they are crossed with a ruderalis strain (I don't know how you spell it) which is what makes it an auto strain... I'm sure seed company's are probably doing a lot of back crosses to try and stabilize them... that all my opinion but it makes sense to me....

UPDATE: 51 Days
Fed them yesterday. Lowered my light down a couple more inches. Now its about 24" from the canopy and 28 from the back ups. I will probably lower it again. Down to 20 and 24

I slightly adjusted their LST. Nothing major. Just lowered some of the taller branches and tried to spread them out a little better.
19 DAYS ABOVE GROUND
I adjusted her again. Adding ties to branches that are now big enough to start and move around to where I want them. I also bent her over a bit more. Trying to get that 90.
Fed them yesterday. Lowered my light down a couple more inches. Now its about 24" from the canopy and 28 from the back ups. I will probably lower it again. Down to 20 and 24

UPDATE: 53 Days
Temps were low. Down to 61F. So I turned on both heaters and got it up to 65F, then turned off 1 heater leaving only the heater pointed at the vent of the tent. I dont mind high 60s at lights off. Prefer it during 2nd half of flower actually. Around 68F For a bit. Not the whole night. But for and hour or so. Then slowly back up. But 61 is WAY too low. It has gotten cold again. I should have went out there a couple days ago and turned them on. But then I have to shut the door. And so far. Shutting the door during lights on is too much heat. I am going to check it every hour when the lights come on to see if during cold weather, like in the winter when I plan to do most of my growing. Can I keep that door closed and it NOT get too hot. Worked for the Mars. Not when it was hot but during the winter it was fine. We shall see today as I think the high is is 69F. I havent cut the hole in my wall to vent yet sooooooo. I need to see. I dont want it getting too hot again in there for these ladies.
I made nutes for either tonight or in the morning. Mix went like this for 1 gallon

Well i guess in the first couple weeks of flower when they grow a lot its good to have temps around 70 so they have tight node spacing then once the stretch is over decrease the temps at night. You dont want that much difference in temperature between day and night. I didnt know that really and my nodes are more spaced out.

Interesting.... I had always been under the assumption that a lower temp at night in the later part of flower, brings out more colors, taste, and smell. But I read ALOT...and while stoned...ALOT.... and see conflicting theories all the time. The lower temps at night...during the winter... Is really out of my control....well....somewhat anyway. Basically I have to small space heaters that I try and control the temp with. Its why summer is pretty much off the table. Because I can really only heat things up. Maybe I could get a better, more hi-tech heater to put in there with a better thermostat. My point is. That trying to control temps with 2 little heaters is challenging. Mainly because when the lights turn on things can get real hot.... ANYWAY im blabbing. Sorry for that and thank you for the advice. Im still trying to dial in the new tent, light, plus I insulated the room a while back better than before. So I really need to figure out my exhaust. Thanks for caring my homie. I gotta go. You are good to let it get cold like you said in the later part of flower.. id say after week 4-5 of flower let it start getting 66-68 at night. Then gradually drop it to 60 if you can until harvest. Thats what im gonna try to do if it gets cool enough at night. Dont fuss with heaters too much the plants will be fine but youll have more buds instead of colas.

The Mammoth P I do because it says to. The others I do just because I read it some where. Your the 2nd person to ask that so later I will try and find what I read. But It made sense when I read it so I went with it. The ProTekt and terpenez really dont help with that side of the nute spectrum. They are kinda for other shit, so its not like the Microbes/Beneficials are going to miss it during the bubbling. Anyway. Its probably all silly. I grew my first grow without doing it and they were fine. So im sure its not a big deal. Just something I do.

UPDATE: 54 Days
I fed them last night. I was gonna wait until this morning so the nutes would have all night to bubble. But they looked like they were starting to get droopy and the pots were real light. So I said F it and went ahead and fed them. I added 1 tsp of grow into the NL because her bottoms are turning yellow and im not ready for that. The buds are starting to swell a bit. I think Ill be lucky to get fat ounce off her but its something.

Fed them. They are still stretching. But it seems the top is stretching much more. DUH!! and I dont want a shit load of small buds with little colas. But looks like thats what Ima end up with. I destem all my bud anyway. For the most part anyway. Its just more work in the manicure process this way. Anyway, I was gonna adjust their LST and still may but right now Im thinking I will just let them stretch from here.

She is looking pretty good. I am thinking that I will leave her the way she is. Only spreading her current colas slighty apart a little at a time. I am going to try and concentrate on these tips I have now. And May just try and get them to grow up and apart a little for lighting and air reason.

I lowered the light Last night down to about 24" I will hopefully remember to take a good look at them today as soon as the light comes on to make sure that wasnt too low.
I also spread the plants out a little bit to get them away from each other. Not to the edges, I still have them crammed in the middle, but a bit more spread. I also rotated the pots to give the other sides of the plants a look at the center of the tent. Putting the top of each plant facing outward.
I made nutes this morning. Its a little early as I wont feed them until Wed night or Thursday morning. But I want to give them over 24 hrs of bubbling. I made just a tad over a half gallon Mix went as follows

I have fans and stuff going to circulated the air in and out of that room. Its not Tooooooo toooo hot but hotter than I would like and will only get hotter. These ladies need to wrap things up. But I know I still got well over a month prolly so Im just gonna keep on truckin.

She is already in flower. So she is going to be REAL small. But thats fine because the days just keep getting hotter and there isnt any way for me to cool it off. I have fans and stuff going to circulated the air in and out of that room. Its not Tooooooo toooo hot but hotter than I would like and will only get hotter. These ladies need to wrap things up.
But I know I still got well over a month prolly so Im just gonna keep on truckin.

I made some nutes last night that are currently bubbling. I made a half gallon for her. Mix went like this

will add right before I feed

They are doing ok. GSC is starting to show signs of a Mag def I think. No idea why as the others are fine. She may just be a hungry bitch. There are no signs of rust spots or anything like that to indicate that there is a Calcium Def. I wouldnt think its a ph thing cuz it has gotten the same feed as the rest and isnt showing any other signs of a lockout. Soooo....hmmmm........It could just be a Mag def. I mean I guess it could be a Mag Tox, Maybe GSC just cant handle the 1tsp per gallon That I be giving. But I doubt it. I will take some pictures later to see what you all, (all 3 of ya
) think. I will more than likely bump her gallon up to 1 1/2tsp CALMAG. Im either gonna fix it or make it worse.

She is set up to give me some nice colas. I havent adjusted her LST like I did the others. Not since the last time I said I did. I have just let her grow from there. So I bent her over....let her grow a bit....spreading her branches. I got about 9 or 10 of them. And then let them grow straight up. Kinda looks like my manifold from the top. I took last night and spread her branches out away from center just a little. Maybe 2 or 3 inches. Just enough to let a bit more light in. The others are a bit wild and everywhere. Uneven and not uniform at all. Where as she...BB...is pretty uniform and even. Ill take some better pics today.
Average Daytime temps unfortunately are about 93F. Night time is around 77F I wish I could get my Daytime temps down but thats just how things are. All I can do is let those ladies finish and shut it all down until Winter.

I fed her a half gallon of nutes that bubble for 24 or more hrs. She is looking pretty good. I mean she isnt a biggin or anything. But she is starting to get pretty frosty. Im thinking there might be a oz there. Im hoping so anyway. I really need at least 1 oz per plant. 2 would have been perfect. But I dont see that happening with any of these little ladies. I currently have about 6 zzs jarred up. Which will last me another 3 months. And thats counting 3 jars of summer weed. Which isnt all that great. Buzz is there but looks, smell, and taste arent. So even if these autos give me a oz a piece. I am more than likely going to come up about 2 months short of making it until next harvest. Which by my plans, should be about the beginning of Jan. I thought these little ladies would have gave me close to 2 zzs a plant. And they still might.

These ladies are real bushy in terms of there being alot of foliage. I thought about defoliating a little but havent brought myself to do it. How do you all feel about the controversial subject of DEFOLIATING
