You shouldn't spray your plants and then leave them under lights. The moisture on the leaves acts like miniature magnifying glasses and will burn your plants. Spray them just before "Lights out"

Yesterday i spayed in front of the fan so the water can mist and cold down the area around the plants. Everything was fine I've done it before with no problems. . .

Later on right before LIGHTS OUT I TRIED to FOLIAR FEED by Spraying With Some Epsom Salt. I always leave the oscillating fan on. The Temp went down to 67-70°f as usual. The humidity went up to 70% it goes down to around 40-50% a bit slow nevertheless it usually goes down.

Guess what it never did!! . . . . . . #3

I got to the plants a few hours after the LIGHTS came on and I WON"T LIE TO ANY OF YOU WHAT I SAW . .

. . . . BROKE MY HEART AND MADE ME SAD . . . .

. . . . . . . . I think the humidity played the bigger role in that SCENARIO. . . .

First Id like to say #3 looks good. A little dark, but going strong.

Just by going off the pics of th sick one, I dont think thats humidity. The leaves dont get crispy that quick from humidity.

Are they leaves looking brown along the edges and tips and feely crispy there? Are they curled at the point? If so I believe you Nute OD'd them.
If they are just 'wilty' than its probably a heat/humidity thing.
If thy have burnt Spots along with burnt tips, it could be burn from the lighter/water combo.

I hope you are gonna tell me she looks much better today and no advice is needed. But if thats not the case, Id be happy to try to help you.

Hi IS, I am sorry to see things went south for you. I have to agree with Spimp here. It looks like a severe toxic reaction to me. Spimp's advice about taking things slowly was spot on as well. Hi Spimp You are very very lucky to have guys like Spimp, Rico, KJC, ScientificSoils and others helping. Most people will just tell you things look great; these guys will tell you what you need to hear! That is a rare thing, and not to be taken for granted.

I am also a very new grower like you. First I learned that 'less is more', now I am learning that 'even less than less is more'. I am still learning even things that would seem basic like watering. You have a great enthusiasm for growing, and that in itself is a blessing. Just don't love them too much! I am thinking green thoughts for your girls.

I said the humidity had to do with it because when I got to the plants the humidity was over 90% and the temp was 70f with the lights on for about 3 hours. When the lights are off the temp is usually anywhere from 62-67f."70f with lights on is TO TOO TWO COLD". "I use CFL's" I keep the lights at 3 to maybe 6 inches away from the top of all the plants. I sprayed 5-10 mins before lights out. I'm used to leaving the fan on with the lights off. As i was saying it was cold and wet!! The tips of the new growth where black and looked singed!! I'LL TAKE SOME PICS SO WEED CAN GET TO THE ROOT OF THE ISSUE. EXCUSE ME NO PUN INTENDED. . . .

Spimp my lights are (ON 18/6 OFF) from 9pm-3pm. When I got to the plants it was almost midnight so in 9 hours the little spaying I did seemed to still be there.
Nothing EVAPORATED ... I UNDERSTAND THE FACTOR OF IT BEING COLD. THERE LITERALLY WAS CONDENSATION. . . . . . . WOW . . . . WOW . . . . . . . . AS I WAS LOOKING FOR THE DEFINITION FOR CONDENSATION IT CAME TO ME !@#$%^&*()_+>>>>>>

I use the Dosage Directions on the back of the package 1/4 tsp. per gallon. I use Superthrive in every gallon...

Do you mean the Superthrive Dosage that I'm using is to much?

Do you mean I'm using Superthrive to OFTEN?

I don't water ever day. I was watering once maybe a twice. A gallon would last me for two feeding +. I used to just water until I got some run off about a cup. The pot size is 3 gallon. I don't water without NUTES. Basically every watering is a feeding.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF WHAT I'M DOING IS WRONG.

Just a thought I had... Plants in nature sometimes deal with 100% humidity, dark and colder than 70f all at the same time for extended amount of times and dont get black and singed.

I believe we will figure it out. Trying to make sure it's sooner then later. A few of #4 and Linda's tip are getting a little brown. I haven't watered/fed Linda in a week. I'm thinking of watering her tonight. I feed #3 and Linda out off the same gallon. I'm thinking about adding 1.25L or 2L to the rest of the half gallon I have left over from #3's feeding. I'll take some pics as soon as the lights come on. . . .

Spimp I will reevaluate my feeding dosage. Thank You. . . .

I think you guys are onto something for sure. I wonder if the plant takes in more nutrients as water evaporates from the leaves, and it somehow drew up more nutrients than the others.

When I fertilize I sometimes use 1/8 strength, and don't fertilize every time. I like the method of just going off what I see. If they start looking yellow, then feed. If they get a little clawed, just water. I am still learning what the signs the plants show me, but I am feeling pretty confident that I am not missing anything by feeding very little.

I will be interested to see how the flush goes too

if your stems are purple on the top and green on the bottom I do not believe that is a deficiency, cannabis plants seem to normally develop a reaction to light by turning the top side of a stem purple. why are you feeding magnesium sulphate and your base nutrients?

Why are you feeding magnesium sulphate and your base nutrients? Is the magnesium the Epsom Salt? To be HONEST I don't Know is the best answer I guess!! I thought had a deficiency and I didn't stop adding it in. I also use Super Thrive in every gallon of water. Is that bad? I don't have a base. I think .. THIS IS WHAT I DID THE LAST TIME ( I will reevaluate my feeding dosage.)

Jungle juice - - Micro, Grow, Bloom 27.5 mL of each

I added 1.25L more of water to diluted the nutes a little.

Read the bit on the Front of the superthrive bottle, where it says "1 drop per Gallon"

Then google the main ingredient.

It is toxic in higher doses once plants are past the seedling stage.

You feed every water?

What happened to water/feed/water/feed?

You are using too many nutes too often.

A good base would be your soil and ph'd water

Is she looking any better today?

On 8/4/13 i mix Jungle Juice Micro,Grow and Bloom 1/4 tsp of all 3 in 2 gallons of tapwater i had sitting out for 48 hours.
The soil ph is high 7+ so i made the water 5-6 closer to 5. Ph still high.
I Bought Espoma Organic Soil Acidifier to lower the soil ph. I still haven't use it.I don't know how to use it. I don't want to make it worst.
How often should i water?
