THAT is tasty looking bread. I want to make pizza dough from that lol. The kind you leave in the fridge for two days to slow ferment into bubbly goodness.

Is that the GK x Purple Mass Skunk?
 
I have it as Grape Krush x Purple Skunk Mass but yes!

The starter gets left out and refreshed at least once a day when you're going to use it, twice the day before making the dough. But the dough is just in the fridge overnight to rise before baking. It can be left out but it seems more reliable in the controlled fridge environment.

I'm sorry. I don't think I've mentioned that I'm a little OCD and fine details seem to be more important to me than normal folks.

Been there done that. I trim over two boxes: one for plant parts and one for sugar. I very often lose track of which box I'm over as I go and have to pick bits out of the wrong box.
 
Hey just cause that bread looks pretty doesn't mean it tastes worth a darn.

Thanks MrS! I checked both PSK 1 and 2 and still not 100% sure on the sex of them. I just hope I y'all guessed correctly.

It tastes worth at least two darns I'll have you know. I brought it to my office and folks were coming downstairs to tell me how many multiple darns worth it tasted. So there!
 
Free food always tastes at least 1 darn better then it actually does...….well...…...because it's free.
 
I've brought in other free food and no one made the trip down to my office or called me to tell me it was delish. And after all these years here, no one needs to butter me up. Just the bread.

So there!
 
I guess I'll just have to take your word for it. I do say it looks nice.
