InTheShed Grows Inside & Out: Jump In Any Time

Santa needs to bring you a couple gallons of Flex Seal and a roller. Paint that shit up.
LOL! $90/gallon? Only Santa is going to be spending that kind of money. I would probably need to cover 800 sqft.
Happy holidays to you and the fam shed.
Thanks UA! To you and yours as well :green_heart:
Babies are looking great! :) Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you and yours Shed!
Thanks candycane! Back atcha :). I've seen you lurking but now I have the chance to :welcome: you officially to my journal! Nice to have you here.

You kidnappd Kismet's Hula Girl?

yes I'm keeping her hostage over the holidays, she rolls the perfect spliffs for me. ;)

The toothpicks are there from when it was windy yesterday afternoon, then it rained cats and dogs last night and the wind took the tarp off the roof :(

And how is this connected to the roof? :)

This time with drywall screws and a cordless drill. And I put wood strips along the drip line this time, because I think that's where the wind got under it to lift it. We'll see...

I don't know how your roofs work in the states but if you would do that here on our asphalt roots they would leak even more. By the pictures it looks like some tiling, what is this material? I would try farsides santa flex sealant. :)

Or I will need to come over and show you how it's done properly... ;)

You'd need about 5 gallons of it or 9.5 gallons of Henry's 100% silicone roof coating (which comes in more colors). Either product would cost $450-$500 to do. Still a lot cheaper than a new roof. Just move a couple ounces, problem solved

Just wanted to swing through and wish you Happy Holidays. Hope the season is filled with love & family.
:green_heart:

From mine, to yours...
Merry Christmas
:passitleft:

(Sorry, it's a cut & paste, I've got 4 pages of ppl to catch up with)

 I'm Canadian... I laugh at everything. Sorry about that Shed. I can see if they sell a bigger version of my bubble ball and maybe we can just slip it over the house.

Send one to @Preston9mm while you're at it. It would probably cushion the blow of future falls from the attic.

Merry Christmas,Shed and Family!
May your tarps stay down and your attic stay dry... :thumb:

Hiya Shed! I hope you and the family have a very Merry Christmas and enjoy this festive season!
I can't tell you how disappointed Santa is with you in not having a safe landing zone. Hopefully he'll just slip it under the tarp and be on his way but just know you already started next year off in his bad book.

As long as you promise to give her back after New Years!

Asphalt tile over what is supposed to be plywood. Mine was done really cheaply (by a previous owner) so it's two layers of asphalt tile over wood shake shingles. So the screws go into wood. And there's roof tar on every screw.

That's more money and more time spent on the roof! That also means power washing it and putting on a layer of primer. Let's see if the tarp holds for the rest of the winter :).
Hey Shed! Merry Christmas to you and the family! I hope it’s a good one
Thanks Dutch! To you and the wife as well :).

Santa should be okay...the chimney is on the other side of the roof. It's the reindeer I'm most concerned about!
