Oh you got here already! Don't backtrck too far unless you want to see the death of many many clones!

I'm going to let Gold Leaf grow out a bit more before I top it, but since it won't be harvested until October it's got a lot of topping to come.

I'm pretty sure the baggie said sour d x gorilla bomb so I'm sticking with Sour G, and as her FATHER I can make that decision :).

On another note, here is the Saturday update for AK-47! Haircut day, which combined thinning and topping. Here is what I took off:

And here is the before and after. I'm starting to prune with the final shape in mind, so I took a lot of the inner growth out which would end up as larf anyway. Whatcha think?

Once that was done I could move on to planting the fruitless olive. It's not getting any direct sun for a few months but I'm not going to hang a QB over it so don't ask!

That fucker has a stall and a half! Dude this is going to be a big plant this year. You better put it in a 40 gallon or bigger and just let that som bitch crank once the weather breaks! That's awesome bro. Nice job topping. Beautiful shape. So bushy. I'm jealous. I wish I had a big girl like that for my outdoor season right now. Huge she will be huge!!!!!

Thanks Roost! I wish I could put it in an enormous pot and let it rip come spring, but I have to be able to get it in the shed at night after Sept. 21 because there is way too much light around my house at night to keep these in flower if I leave them out.

Thanks guys. I have a lot of practice shaping plants but have never had the opportunity to do cannabis (because autos). And since I have plenty of time to work on this plant I don't care if I mess up here and there (don't think I did...this time). Glad you like it!
 
Forgot to mention (for the record) that I fed Gold Leaf yesterday's nutes diluted 50%. Not sure it's ready for 2 tsp Grow Big yet.

Just a one-pic update today. Sour G's cotyledons are fading, so I'm thinking tomorrow I'll start with some diluted nutes. Maybe with AK-47's water at 25% strength. That would make it ~1 ml cal/mag+, ½ tsp Grow Big, and ½ tbs Big Bloom.

Any thoughts?

Gorgeous day here today. I hope yours are gorgeous in one way or another :).
 
we had 20h of sunshine this month sofar ... the most dark januari ever had 26h of sunshine (by sunshine i mean when we actually get to see her through the overcast)...
so guess 2018 starts with another weather record ... we have already many springflowers that are in bloom cause Januari was warmer as normal so their cycle got messed up ...We had the pollen season declared open cause all hazeltrees are in full flower ... yay for global warming ....:cheertwo::tokin:
 
I think you have to call it "climate change" so the deniers can't say "hey it's really frickin cold where I live"!

See I am with you man

I think it's happening they ain't talking upstairs but I ain't dumb man .

They say always normal for January but I call bs were in Ontario Canada . we have had cold snaps hit -38-42 for few days then like yesterday up to plus 8 .

Global warming is already happening we need to think more green ...
 
Monday morning and another perfect day! A perfect day to talk roots for a moment.

Keeping in mind that I did not do the transplant on the AK-47, I am wondering if the soil at the bottom of the pot is packed way too tightly. Check out the surface of the soil:

I added about an inch of new soil and watered it all down. Think I should transplant to good soil with perlite yet?
