Tuesday morning and it's another grey day that is supposed to clear up this afternoon.

I hired a lawyer yesterday after talking to four and getting a spread of prices. I went with the middle $ number but he also turned out to be the person I felt was most listening to my story and less setting an agenda without hearing me. He called this morning and thinks he can get this dismissed pretty quickly. The police want to see a photo of the car's interior to show that it's a manual transmission. I'm going to do that and also prove it's the same car by shooting a series of pics from the plate in the front all the way to the gear shift. I should come off conscientious that way. I'm feeling better about it now. And the money I spend on this is about the money I'm saving by not having to buy a new mattress, because I took my dad's when he got a hospital-style bed. I've soaked it in Nature's Miracle because y'know...and it's airing out in the courtyard as we speak.

No pics today, but both flowering plants were in the shed overnight so they're less damp in the mornings. I also chucked the HazeX male. Not sure any of the pollen I got was viable (I think it absorbed moisture in the ziplock) but I'll give it another go with my next flowering plant.

Now that the weather is cooling off I'm thinking of firing up the cloninator again, this time with micro-spray nozzles. The two clones really need trimming and I don't want to waste all those cuttings without giving the bucket another chance.

I have it in tent right now waiting for her to amber up some hope cool Cher I screwed up on her due to work and busy. But brought it indoor and caught in time I think
I can tell the density is there , the froth there. And she stacks . Your going to love the aroma off her as well.

Has to say this but your plants seem irrelevant to me at this point and challenge in life bud.
I had to hear this is happening to such a good person.
I really hope the truth comes out and set you free. God works in mysterious ways I truly believe it. Sometime we say things happen for a reason but we don’t undertans why? Just take the ones you need mostly the very bottom leafs in bud sites I find get attacked first

Ahh... Here we get one appointed when charged with anything. You can choose one of your own but then it costs. I really hope this turns out well for ya. It's the worst thing that can happen when you get accused of something you haven't nothing to do with... just because you have the same car.

Just doing a drive-by.. I don't think you'll have much to worry about there Shed.. IF they were going to try to push any type of Criminal Case,, you wood have probably already heard they were.. Lawyers pray off fear, so they do like to say stuff like it could be this or that, knowing it won't get that ugly. I don't know enough about the case to even try to throw out some jailhouse lawyering,, which I have learned abit of over this past life... Sucks when you have to be scared of putting faith in our court system. Didn't you say the girl was Mexican? I know Cali has alot of bias shit going on. I'm not throwing a race card out there,,, but I see some news....... And it's all up in the air down there nowadays? But I think if it was going to try criminal they wood've booked your Daughter by now.. Even a site and release booking.

As far as the claims with different cars and plates that don't jive right,, a good lawyer should have no problem sorting and presenting that.. Sucks to waste the monies on a Lawyer. I know it will turn out right for ya,,, cept cash lost......

No idea of the ethnicity of the kid that got hit, if someone even did get hit! I'm just glad my guy thinks this will all be over in a few days . Worth the cash and just glad I could come up with it. Sad to think of all the folks poorer than I am who would end up with their kid in jail because of some mis-matched car and plates. Are there folks out there who think we don't need criminal justice reform?

And in the meantime some kid gets pulled out of school and sits in jail waiting for someone to make bail, or out awaiting a trial they might lose and be saddled with a hit-and-run conviction if all things don't go perfectly. We really have two systems of justice in this country: one for the haves and one for the have-nots. Didn't help Cosby though .

oooooo SICK BURN!!! yeah we were talking about Billy today (not the ex pres) cause there was a little girl here in AK who went missing. Feds got involved and it was really sad. Some homicidal rapist.... well heres what I can say about jail and the courts. Both suck! Lmfao. luckily most convicts have a pretty strong moral code and chomos get got pretty damn fast by any lifer with a kid.... sorry off topic. But I'm glad to hear it's getting resolved. And dont forget that there are plenty of privileged ass rich Facks who get away with murder (literally) while there are poor folk serving time for crimes they never committed.

The car thing sounds like what you described. Someone probably ran down the street looking for the car mistook yours for the car and wrote the license plate down. It is amazing that they can just try to pin that shit on you. So what happens if someone just decides to call the police out of spite and report someones license plate that they don't like? The whole thing is ridiculous and now you have to shell out money for legal representation.
There has to be something in the vehicle diagnostic data that can prove your innocence?

This is a useful strategy in the wild, where the plant is growing in marginal soil, not a rich, high-brix blend, or when nutrients are not supplied during the grow. But most of us are providing luxury levels of nutrients throughout the grow. Thus, the fan leaves become superfluous.

In addition, I understand that the “sugar” leaves, immediately adjacent to the flowers, are the primary source of energy for flowering. This is why it is always advised to make sure to expose the buds to light. It isn’t the flowers themselves that need the light.

and i am inclined to follow you on the waterleaf issue ... more direct intense light is more bud also keep in mind cannabis is a wind inseminator or whatever its called ... anyway what i mean is they need a good wind blowing thru them not gale force but a good breeze will do just fine ...combine that with some defol and yer golden ... btw it are the youngest leafs that contribute most to photosynthesis of sugars ... older waterleafs consume most of what they produce to stay alive and healthy so their net output is very diminished compared to young fresh, higher up leafs
