InTheShed Grows Inside & Out: Jump In Any Time

Priceless discussion regarding the root aphids!

The Summer girls look great, especially sans the yellow leaves.

The silica discussion was making me scratch my bald spot, so I'll just stick with Stout MSA! :)

Have a great day on purpose Shed.
I don’t blame you I’ve noticed my stalks are solid instead of hollow with MSA.

Wednesday update for you folks who stop by to visit! Just lots of pics (for me anyway) of the two flowering Summer Grow plants, both on flip day 22 and still alive after the H2O2 treatment yesterday. Both of them are showing some nice early frost so take a scroll... 📜

Let's lead with the Purple Urkle from ApeOrigin, which has fewer yellowing leaves than the Trainwreck:

Closest I can get to a SaugaView® without dragging out the ladder:

And here is the Trainwreck from @Weed Seeds Express:

The yellowing continues down below:

As well as in the in the middle:

I'm going to give it another H2O2 bath tomorrow and carry on with the SNS 209.

That's it from me today. Tomorrow and Friday morning I'll have a chance to do the post-flip thinning (all fans will remain for obvious reasons), and then tie them up into a shape that better fits through the shed door. And I'll get a measurement to see how much they stretched.

I hope the week is going smoothly and continues along the same path! :slide:

Nice roots on that clone.
Thanks Carmen! I'm hardening it off this week so it can live outside, though I keep my mothers in mostly shade to slow the growth down.
Do you know what the main ingredients in that product are? I can't find them listed on the website. In South Africa we don't have the same products so I always have to look for something similar under a different name.
Boo's got yous!
here is a pic of the label. It's essentially rosemary oil mixed with water and a soap for surfactant. I'll bet you could create it yourself if you wanted.
:thanks:

Thanks GDB! I'm having a hard time finding my DutchPro these days, so I may go back to the Stout even though it works out to be more expensive. Gotta have something!

Ha! You call that yellow? Come on over and I’ll show you some yellow!
Your plants look great!

Looking awesome Shed!

Highya ITS,

Wow! Buds are packing on really fast! At least, it looks like that to me. Mine are just moseying along, while yours and Krissi's are on steriods! Namaste! They seem to be quite bushy. More power factories to make bigger buds?

This year, I'm getting a lot of yellow leaves earlier than usual! I've put bloodmeal on twice and it slowed down, but the leaves are quite dark. So I guess I'll just let the yellowing continue. Happy Smokin'

Yours are moseying along because you're flowering with the sun! Mine were actually flipped to 12/12 three weeks ago which makes a huge difference in terms of the speed of flower development.

And they're so bushy because for some reason I vegged them for nearly 100 days! I really need to stop doing that. :cheesygrinsmiley:

I'm blaming my yellow on root aphids but I'm not sure about yours. :) Might just be our turn for early fade!

I use a lot of organic weeds and stuff on top of root area. I think a lot of the nitrogen is utilized breaking down the organic matter. Plus, the cannabis leaves are dark green (usually means full of nitrogen). Still don't know why the leaves are cannibalizing. Oh, well, a thought for another day! Happy Smokin'

As long as there are enough to soak up the sun it's all good!
Ladies are looking great and frosty! I'm really loving that purple urkle, can't wait to see her in full flower.
You and me both. :high-five: Thanks Tim!

The root aphids aren't slowing them down much... Looking great, Shed!

I hope the H202 soaks do the trick-:goodluck:

Plants look good, Shed despite the yellowing. My White Widow x Big Buds are yellowing more than normal, too and they're already being fed 5.5g of MC/gal. I'm thinking of bumping it up to 6.

I hope the H202 helps with the bugs.

It’s been in the back of mind that I’m burning them with K and locking out N. Idk, I just want it to be over. Lol.
I thought you might be which is why I mentioned you were over the recommended dose on the Terp. Dunno what calmag you're running but calcium can lock out phosphorus as well.

Thanks HG! If you've got yellowing at 5.5 I'd see if you can find some magnesium nitrate. It should help with the N as well as the Ca/Mg ratio without overloading the Ca and the K that can happen at high doses of MC.

I ran another 32oz of hydrogen peroxide with a gallon of nutes through the Trainwreck last night and both plants got fed this morning along with the SNS 209. I'm hoping that if it keeps yellowing it only takes the fans!
So pretty Shed, reminds me of a mandala. Purple urkle and trainwreck are looking good, hopefully you got those buggers taken care of.
Thank you double H, and nice to have you swing by!
Summer ladies are cookin! I'm hoping for lacewings myself, and early fade! Nice work interrupting if root aphids though! "It's always something!" Emily Litella
LOL thanks Otter, but wasn't that Roseanne Roseannadanna?
