Nice looking ladies, Shed! No wonder your back gets grumpy with you. Those pots are big and heavy. But, your girls are nice and wide (canoply speaking). That berry one is stacked quite a ways down. Looks gorgeous! Nice work, shed.

Thanks Bode! That Bedroom Cookies with 2 gallons of water in it makes me glad I'm only carrying it about 20 feet .

The three in flower were flipped June 8th by putting them in the shed every night for 12 hours of dark, so they are only outside from 8am to 8pm. The vegging plants will start to live outside at night by this weekend and should be flowering within two weeks or so, since they've been at 20/4 for a month. I figure the quick change to 14/10 (our daylight hours now) will send them into flower in short order.

Then they stay outside all the time until Sept 21st, when I start bringing them in at night again for total darkness. Once the sun is at 12/12 I want to make sure that no outdoor lighting hits them after sunset. If I plant another autoflower, that will be the only plant under lights at night.

Confusing? Seems simple to me .

Flipping off-season is done with light deprivation (in the dark shed at night), and flipping in summer is done the natural way (with shortening days after June 21st). The only reason I put the summer flowering plants back in the shed at night after Sept 21 (when we're at 12/12 northern hemisphere) is so the outdoor lighting doesn't put them off their flowering game.

You were right when you said, "Nice... plants?" You mentioned you were bringing clones and I didn't want to show up with just some buds. I was so low on flower when we all met up. I took those clones the first time you mentioned it, so I'm guessing they were 6 weeks or more. I could dig in the journal but it's not that important... 1.2 will be finishing in a week. I think I'll check the trichs this time!

If you're not too busy it's not a bad idea! And those were beautiful 6 week clones. Mine were in solo cups under a 23w CFL and yours were full-on plants. Probably could have transplanted and flipped!

As I recall that was gonna be your plan(t). I was happy that you kept it in veg mode. Save a couple buds for our next get together. Hopefully the others will have some saved as well, and Mike can be the judge.

And I did some digging. Looks like I had those clones off the mat and in the tent around March 3rd. Bout a week on the mat maybe 10 days and then 5 weeks of Red Solo Cup (unedited version) adventures and another two weeks waiting to go. I know I kept them bound up for a while before the transplant. Guess the Candida didn't like that...

The Candidas are a bit touchy. I can never let them get as dry as the rest or they're pissed!

I've been giving her the veg feed and a couple days later a light dose of CalMag and Armor Si with Diamond Nectar. I hoping to see some rapid improvement. If not she's my newest summer project, let the lessons continue!

If its rootbound then nothing much will help though except a bigger pot and a week or two. I've had plants pout for two weeks after a transplant before they realize that they're in new digs.

Well I'm hoping for a better bounce back than that. I decided to skip the second pic for tonight, that may have been too optimistic (is that a thing?). Two weeks you say well, that slows my decision time on how to handle her. I have her another drink tonight, bit of run off not too much, may a cup'n'hayf.

Good thing I like popcorn cuz this Candida has me like .

I'm not saying yours will take two weeks to bounce back, just that a couple of my plants (not just Candida) did. But I'm trying not to let anything get as bound up as I had been.

If it really rootbound it helps (at transplant) to score the roots and use shedloads of mycos

I used to do that and then someone told me not to last year when I upcanned the BTa1 so I stopped. I think it's a good idea now and have gone back to it.
