Thanks lilolme for explaining that.. ive always had this weird quality where i can take anything apart and put it back together again. Should have been a mechanic!! Got long skinny fingers too lol. Comes easier to me then most i guess. Man the ladies in flower are stretching hard!! Pics to come soon.

Cut the bottoms at more of a angle, more surface area for roots to grow and catch water that will produce your roots I had a hard time with this past round of clones and I finally got all 9 out and in cocoSo i changed the water in my cloner last night and added great white to the water this morning.. the roots are starting to pop out!! I also figured id put it on the actual stem to so it can attach itself to the root better like it is supposed to. Hope it makes those little bumps pop out into nice roots in the next few days! ...

Glad ya got your clones sorted bignugz!! Cant argue with those results! Thanks man. I think he was just talking about how to clean the light not give one away.
Heres a few pics of the skywalker kush for mr brown and anyone else who wants to chime in.. she doesnt look as bad in normal lighting. But leaves are sorta a paleish green and bottom leaves are dying off. Was told to bubble some kelp meal and ewc then feed that tea to her.. might try bubbling some kind soil to see if it would work the same. Id hate to spend another $30-40. Starting to be a cheapskate now that i have my eye on all these expensive lights lol. Now im thinking i was just paranoid and she looked sickly under the viparspectras.. in the cloudy daylight she doesnt look so bad.

Here she is next to the other plants in the tent.. see it looks like her overall color is just off. Pale green leaves while the others around her look more healthy.
On and off since 2000-01, I grew a little bit outdoors in high school, couple plants in my armoire in college, and didn't grow again for almost a decade and I'm back since September 2016. It's funny because I used to game a lot, all FPS shit and the Xbox is a shelf ornament lol I play a couple games on the iPhone but I find that real life and kids and wife and plants are way more fun to play with haha. I find it therapeutic to grow, keeps my mind busy as it tends to be a little too absent if left to itself lol. Toast, I saw you just starting out and I have to second that you certainly have come a long way, gaining knowledge and sharing with others. I'm glad to call all you guys friends on here, solid people you all are! Check ur pm, too.

I had the same problem wit my master kush leavfs all pale on top and leafs dyin at the bottom but it never stopped her from doin her things . Nice man!! Must have felt awesome to start again after such a long break. I tried growing in highschool twice.. first time my parents found the two little stretchy gals i had going in mason jars. Had them under an incandescent bulb up high in my closet lol. Tried again a few months later outdoors but someone found it, when i came back to look at her she was gone. Planted her out in the woods behind the highschool lmao. Probably lucky it happened that way.. damn i did some dumb shit back then!! Haha As we all did im sure.
Im learning growchy.. i have to be honest though the experience i get from being completely immersed in a single player open world adventure/rpg game is different then shooters. Like satisfies my brain on a level that interactions with people or the real world cannot give me. So i seem weird and introverted cause of it. I dont care anymore, i am happy with who i am!! People suck anyway most of the time lol.
I have been spending lots of time in the garden and a lot less time playing games this past year.. i used to watch youtube vids all the time of people playing games. I rarely do that now. Like once a week if that. Now that im an uncle i know ill be more motivated to get out and see that little dude too. Damn it he is just the sweetest little fella ever!!!

Hey Uncle Toasty... congrats on the fam thing thats awesome. Glad you have a new 4 legged friend to go with. Dogs are the best. We just took ours to the dog park and mud home to a doggy bath x2, 1 likes it the other absolutely will bite me if I'm not careful, she's a pup.
G/L with the next round, all the plants look great and hoping you get tons of yield with the new lamp.
Here's a tip for ya on the cloning thing. Cut the leaves back about 1/2 way - cut the tips of all the leaves and don't leave too many leaves on the cut. This will promote the cut to put energy into root growth.

Hey Toast - on your plant with yellow leaves at the btm - looks like root bound. You need to water her pretty regular so she doesn't wilt??
I'd up-pot but she's in flower and don't know your skills for up-potting. If you feel comfortable doing it go for it. Water her today and tomorrow you will be able to get the complete root with all the soil and into a larger container. If you don't feel comfortable doing that, then the Kelp meal & EWC tea will work but you will have to do it 1x weekly or so to keep her going.
Also sometimes plants start to loose fan leaves after 1/2 thru flower so there's always that. I never really worry about it but your pot is pretty small.

When you said up pot her before in your journal my brain went.. but shes in flower?!?! Haha If i can get the pot to slide right off ill give it a go.. just a pot i bought a garden plant in from the store lol. Its what i get for experimenting. Thanks so much for all your help with my meaningless problem, you are a really knowledgeable dude! I give credit to mr stank and urban as well cause they gave me that same answer you did with the ewc/kelp tea. Great job guys this is the best friggen place to be.. i wish they had 420 grow condos we all could move into. Dream on toasty.. .....
