Too many plans ns lol.. thanks bud! How long have you been growing growchy? The first of this month was when i had sprouted those bag seeds last year.. so i can officially say i have one year under my belt lol. Many more to go but look how far i have come!!! So excited for the future and to learn and grow with yall!! For the first time in my life i really enjoy doing something... besides just sitting around playing videogames and stuff like that. woot!!! .....

I have the tents to grow in just not enough lights tbh. Working on that part lol. I have a 4x2x5, a 3x3x6 and a 5x5x6.8, in feet obviously lol. Plenty of room need more of this ...!!! Lol Happy i got that qb, they had sent me an email almost 24 hours after purchasing it that they shipped it.. so that three day delivery may happen!! Thanks for saying that rooster.. gave me some good juju there lol. .....
 
So i changed the water in my cloner last night and added great white to the water this morning.. the roots are starting to pop out!! I also figured id put it on the actual stem to so it can attach itself to the root better like it is supposed to. Hope it makes those little bumps pop out into nice roots in the next few days! ...

Great work Toasty, the QB will light up your life. So I guess everyone is buying one. Why the heck not, it's a fantastic light for varied stages. In fact, now that you have the QB, you won't have to adjust your watering schedule too much, because you can adjust the light instead for the proper early veg to late flower. That's what's so super awesome about these lights now you can customize to your grow, not like the dwarf star where I have to accommodate for the extra energy. But you know all this, I guess I'm just hoping one day, I may be able to get one. Not likely, but I love to see them for everyone else. Wikked cool Toasty. RAISE THE ROOF ROOF! hahaha
 
Toasted really cool. I still working with my two mars 300 really want to upgrade someday. Been noting a higher temp. in the the tent I think I need to take the lights out and clean them get some dust off cans and spray the shit out of them. There are running hotter. Prob. wears them out faster too. Some basic care I think. Big Chili soup day. Big ass pot for the Viking game tomorrow.

Good idea cleaning them out.. that will help for sure. I clean out my computer yearly cause it fills with dust and overheats. Sounds like a good day tomorrow.. not into football much but i saw the ending of that last game as it happened live in a buffalo wild wings. Holy shit was that insane!!! To stay on his feet and that dude totally missed him when he caught it.. crazy stuff!!...

Woohoo the cloning is happening toasty! That little DIY bubbler is so badass, I'm in love with it.

Just take it apart and put it back together mike.. nothing hard about it really! Haha im glad you like the cloner ns.. it works pretty well for what it is i love it. I may toss the gsc xtrm clone if the momma doesnt purple up for me. Have some more seeds to try again with in the future. ...

The qb is a slim led without a casing.. best way i can think of describing it simply. I got mine from horticulture lighting group off of growerslights . com .. it is the 260w xw quantum board led kit they assemble for ya for an extra $25. The one with the blue heatsink! Fancy lookin lol. ....

I am going to do another session of Maui Wowie's tomorrow with the new gals I put into flower. Its amazing that all you really need is one viable seed and a little knowledge to be able to supply yourself and others with plants for the rest of your lives...so many strains and so little time!:laughtwo:

Is your plan to use the QB for veg and finish with the Dwarf?

You can always just some compressed canned air unless you have a compressor and take the light out of the tent and give it a good spraying. Not sure on the size of you lighting but I'd take it outside first, if possible. Of course if you're not afraid to take it apart I'm sure it's easy. Just make everything nice and snug when you reassemble.
 
It is fun i really enjoy cloning.. really simple to do now that i have the time and extra space to do it. Definitely not faster then sprouting seeds for me though. ..

The maui wowie is a really good place to start.. honestly would be way more excited to get seeds from her then anything else i can buy! Shes a beauty!! ..

Right now i have autos finishing up and i wanna finish flowering them out under the qb and start flowering out the sour d. So ill move those over to the 5x5 and free up more space in the 3x3 to up pot the smaller gals and move the new clones in. Then take a cut or two of the sour d if i can. Shes somehow managed to naturally quadline herself. Lol Ive only topped her once. The light says it will be here tuesday crazy enough but ill have to sign for it and they never come during my lunch break. So ill probably have to pick it up at the post office Wednesday. Only a few more days cant wait to play with it lol. ....

Go Vikings. I mean, when their qb & rb back next year......holy cow. That team may go undefeated. What a great job theyve done this year. Good luck Mike. Enjoy the game bro.
 
Leave the cables on, lay flat, remove 6 screws around edge, wiggle assembally out using cables to hold onto, open like a book lay top aside, remove 4 heat sink screws ,there are plastic shoulder washersdont lose em, wiggle out the heatsink/ bulb assembally, lay aside, bend up four tabs holding glass, with a razor blade score silicone securing glass around the edge then slip razor between the glass and housing on the outside and go round the edge, remove glass, bend tabs back down, reinstall heatsink/bulbs make sure shoulder washers seat properly, remove wire tie securing wires to fan, remove fan screws, lift fan up a little and flip it over, reinstall screws, resecure wires to fan, route wires with plugs to outside of black control boxes while reinstalling the assembally. Enjoy a much better mars300

Mike...ask joe...(kingjoe) i remember him saying he did what your thinking about to his mars with the canned air. :thumb: ill have to be doing it to my two lights as well.
