Hehe aw.. rest well ns!! Dudes the high from the kief is full on head blown stoned.. im sooo toasted right now... just smoked half a bowl of that kief.. had to start out my 5 day vacation right!! My head is buzzzzzin lol. Laughing at everything for no reason..
So drying the buds, this time i decided to cut the plants at the base to cut their lifeline from the roots.. then hang em upside down. I cut some branches down that night but the next day i harvested another branch and felt the buds i had harvested the previous night and the outsides were slightly crispy already. So i decided to just leave em hanging until they were all dried and then trimmed em and jarred them.
Dry trimming is easy imo.. wayy easier then wet trimming. My buds were too dry so maybe it made it easier idk.. everything is so damn sticky when its wet lol.
The untrimmed buds i left to dry on the plants have more smell then the ones that dried out too fast. So if your rh is like 30-40 in your drying area leave the buds on the branches and dont trim anything cause those branches and leaves help the buds dry slower.. losing less terpines and gaining some potency too maybe.

That sounds like a awesome start of your mini-holiday! My auto harves Did dry to fast to. First time I was stressing every hour and now I just checked once a day... Maybe find a balance? Lol. Ill go for the low and slow with the Chocolate Mint OG probably. The auto's are just to dry to fast and you can really tell it lost Some potency.
The dry trim is something I Will try later on! Who knows What that brings ^^

Yea its good to leave em alone.. check em twice a day. I wanna try the low and slow but i like to eat food lol. Don't wanna put buds in my fridge with food in there.
Something neat happened yesterday and my bosses gave me a $50 steam card, steam is a pc gaming platform.. we all got presents from them but all my coworkers are women except the main bossman. They all got a thing of nail polish and eos lip balm.. made me feel suuuuper appreciated cause my gift was 10 times more then theirs. .-
Sooo im in an awesome mood today lol. Free games and great weed!! I also sold some of my freshly harvested stuff to my 'patients' lastnight. They insist on paying for it so it doesnt make me feel like im selling it.. i give em like 2gs for $20. Id give them more but id run out too quick lol.. they looove my buds! ..
Got some new babies popping.. the SHY didnt make it and im not sure if the blue dream will pop. I see the dirt starting to push up on the black dog.
Yay my last noahs ark seed came up first!
Sour lemon og right behind her!
The fallen soldier.. rip SHY. I tried to let her make it but she shriveled up.

Nah i just went back to what i was doing and it works better for me.. scrape the seeds a little, soak em for 12-24 hours until they crack, then place into the dirt and they sprout in two or three days. I got the soil too wet initially with the SHY seedling and she died. Noah had a little taproot coming out when i planted her so no surprise she sprouted first.. maybe my first mother plant? .
Let's hope she gives hundreds of clones! .

Ok harvest is done.. will weigh it all tomorrow. The buds need to rehydrate a little more, the meter still reads 58-60. Thankfully they werent ruined by drying too fast.. the bovedas brought em back to life.
Moved the veg tent over to the 3x3.. nice and roomy in there. Gave george her own light since she turned out to be so sexy. She smells great.. like fruity lavender mixed with fuely weed. Oh its gonna be good lol.
Temps are a little higher at the canopy cause i have the meter to the outside of the plants.. but they run about 77-79 and 30-40 rh.

Its nothing spectacular.. ill say just a tad over five ounces. Im not complaining though haha. . Check out this pile of kieeeeef! Is there anything else i should be doing with it besides smoking it on top of my bowls? . . .
