Thanks Boscoe!!! Yeah I can't wait until I can try different combinations of things to see how they affect the plants growth and how I may be able to manipulate the schedules to induce photomorphogenesis. :) Going to be fun.

I also want to do a side by side in the future of the lights on full (no dimming) vs the automated schedule because I am curious if the growth rates are the same, then the dimming would be a huge power savings benefit. :)

Promix definitely holds a lot of moisture, I still have been trying to adjust my watering correctly to prevent what happened last grow which resulted in hardly any root mass.

Hey everyone!! Day 39 of flowering...

The girls are getting close to needing a feeding soon (prob in 1-2 days) so I am getting my next nutrient batch ready. Since I want to cut down on so much water, and water more frequently but in less volume, I am only mixing up 2.5 gallons of nutrients instead of the usual 5 gallons.

I will be adding earthjuice grow and bloom, humboldt natural bloom 10P, 10% ca, and yucca extract. as well as a 1/2 dose of cal/mag.

Other than that the girls are looking amazing, the harlequin has a slight yellowing in the leaves which looks like N defficiency so I think this next feeding will help them out :)

Thanks Governmentchz!!! I can't believe how good they are getting on this grow :) very frosty indeed...and the black cherry cola, smell so amazing, just like a black cherry cola soda!!! Definitely excited with this grow, and hopefully things keep going smoothly :)

Hey everyone!!!! So I want everyone to know, that later tonight or tomorrow, I will be sharing some very exciting news...so stay tuned because you don't want to miss this!!!!!!


Today makes day 45 of flowering for my girls from the flip, and for the most part things are looking amazing.

I had some issues where I overwatered (I think) and it locked up some of my plants, the most hardest hit were my 2 black cherry cola's which lost many of their fan leaves due to the lockout, but I think they will be fine. I really am starting to hate this promix...I never had issues with watering until I started using promix, it just never seems to dry out!!!! I think after I finish this batch of promix I will be switching back to happy frog/ocean forest blend which I had much better luck with.

I also will be looking into some root pots/air pruning pots that fit in my grow area. The ones I have are only smart pots #4 which are a little too small for the size plants I am growing, and so I want to get 1 size bigger, the problem is the width of my tent only will let me go an extra 1" or 1 1/2" on the pot diameter, so I have to find something that is about 13" wide to use. I think this will help me with my wet soil issues...


Either way, the girls still look amazing, even despite the overwatering/wet soil issue. I know that it may slightly effect the yield I was looking to get, but overall the buds still look unbelieveable and I have had much worse. From here on out, I will only be watering when the leaves start sagging.
