I don't have a lot of experience but I think this was root rot. I had all the same symptoms on one plant, when I up potted there was fungus attacking the roots. Maybe let it dry and use probiotic? Symptoms
necrotic tips on low leaves
New growth snaky and thin
Some leaves may go a bit waxy and floppy others raggy
Curly leaves and dropping leaf tips clawing
Reddening stems
Necrotic spots mid blade mid vein
No yellowing
I have big pots too.
