Re: How to Make Feminized Seeds with Colloidal Silver - Sponsored by Intelligent-Gro
Here's a photo of one of my next generation of Pink Salad. Supercropped, and looking good.
What I should have mentioned when I did it was I've used this plant for a Colloidal Silver experiment.
I spent a long time researching Colloidal Silver seed feminizing before ever attempting it.
I swear I've must have read every line in every post I could find about Colloidal Silver.
One thing I've read more a few times was some people who tried Colloidal Silver feminizing,
But decided to give up on they're Colloidal Silver project after only a few days of spraying.
It was never the author of the journal, but just regular growers making a one line comment.
They said they got pollen sacs anyway on plants that were sprayed only a few days.
It was pretty easy to dismiss this idea, because I'd never seen photos of those results,
And the author of every Colloidal Silver journal I've read sprays for weeks like I do.
But the ideas stuck with me. Mostly because I've seen the occasional comment more then once.
Well I decided to try it on this plant a few weeks ago. I guess I should have announced it then.
But I never thought it would work, but after only three days spraying a few buds with 60 PPM CS,
And waiting a little over two weeks I've got pollen sacs!!
I'm clipping these sac filled buds tonight, because I don't want to contaminate my Buddha's Cross.
The next auto up for a seed run I'll try this again. The next run up I've got lots of great looking seeds.
I should have a lot of females to work with. I'll spray one like I've been doing, and another like this one.
See if I can do this again, and if the results are consistent. It could be a real Colloidal Silver breakthrough.
