How dark does the dark cycle need to be?

I was wondering if they are photoperiod plants would the same rule apply, an absolute dark period being necessary for photoperiod development? Or would that only apply once they go into bloom at 12/12.

i've never had to run my veg room as light tight as the flower room for photos. they don't care as much in veg. once flipped though you don't want anything. autos are trickier, you want them in a light tight environment all the way through.

what about the moon light does that create males through stress???

can any body tell me if the light off my tv and computer screen will it mess with my dark cycle 12/12 started it on 3/2 I do have a grow tent but they have out grow it should I take one out or just leave it a lone?

When you're going through the dark cycle I read many places that it said it will interrupt it and to be sure and plug and caulk any cracks or anything that would show the least bit of light.
