Honey, I Think I Broke My Bag Seed - Grow Journal - 2014

Thanks for that Antics, I'm not sure they'll suit my grow if they stay on 18/6. I think I'' stick to photo's :)

Technically, you can grow autos with any light schedule, and they'll flower. People keep them on 18/6, and some on 24 hours, because they believe that the plant benefits from being able to take 18/6 and continue to flower without reverting back to veg. You can easily grow Autos and switch to a 12/12 for them, I just don't know if it'll reduce yield or not.

I'd say they must yield better on a 18/6
I may be able to make some modification to my veg tent to allow me to grow some in there. I'm thinking two tier with the top lit by my cfl doing seedlings & cuttings, 96x3 below doing veg & auto's.
Now that sounds like a plan :)

I can see you getting another tent lol

Haha, no room left unfortunately so I need to think outside the box :)

Think inside the box.. or think outside the box, either way of thinking results in ideas that aren't always creative, and ideas that don't always pass our own critical judgement.

Smoke a little Cannabis and remove that box completely, THEN start working on ideas.

Actually Spimp wrote about one member who grew autos under 12/12 and they yielded more then under 18/6, or something of that sort.

the best thing for autos in doors is 24 / 0 for the first 2 weeks, 3 max, then drop to 18/6..

or 24/0 then 2 weeks later 12/12, then 18/6 for the flowering stage

cool my name has an abbreviatiobn :)

I would not suggest a 24/0 schedule. plants release vital hormones during their dark period.
