Honey Cream / Chocolate Haze (RQS) - Suggestions Welcome

Looking good and you're off to a good start. :thumb:

You've got a bit of a leggy leaner there, are you giving it enough light? If it flops over you may have to support it but @Bill284 will have you covered if it gets to that as he has some wrapped around wire support things he uses when needed.
I guess I was extra cautious with the 700W light

Last grow, I was under the impression that the plants weren’t able to keep up with it.

Is that possible?

Or is it that the stronger the light, the more fine tuned everything else needs to be?

@Bill284 does have me covered 🥋 : )

Light controls how the plant grows and stacks buds.
It also effects how she eats.
More light better growth more nutrient uptake.
By the time I get to flower my lights are at 100% and girls are eating and growing well.
It’s hard to surpass the required DLI. In a 12 hr period if your light isn’t giving enough energy to her. :Namaste:
In veg I gradually turn it up and watch how they are effected.
You should see green steady growth.
What are you set at now?

I moved them under the tried 500W.

Under the 700 it says 45cm 80% or 60cm 100%

I’ll move them back and start at 50cm 80% and update you

But previously, it felt like it was speeding things up out of schedule compared to the 500W

I’m pruning those off

They’ve been under the bigger light for 24 hrs
The temp rises by a few degrees and it effects everything but slightly and they seem to be enjoying it so far

I don’t want to bore you
Not much going on
But I eventually topped them
On different days!
H.C was topped yesterday

Good morning buddy :ciao:
Honey Cream is a bit droopy. :Namaste:
Is she slightly overwatered?

She’s struggling with something
She had a long dry spell
In what felt like a water logged pot
When signs of improvement were seen
I watered both with calmag + ph water
She didn’t like being watered
Liked topping even less

Is the room cold?
Is that a cement floor below?
Or is that bag just soaking?
If so get it off the ground and get a fan going to dry it. :Namaste:

She’s not wet
But I repeated the mistake of over compacting the soil I think

You can squeeze the bag to break up the soil.
Create some air space.
What is your room temp?

The temp is constantly swinging
Between 22 and 25 C
That's perfect.
Try squeezing the pot to break it open a bit.
Do you have Superthrive or kelp?
Something for root health? :Namaste:

Loool... I never even used AN.
I do remember ranting about everything having silly cartoons on the front.. nutrients... craft beers..
Redheads twins wanking a large key? why not..

Hmm autos acting up again? say it ain't so Niles.

The way you're trying to grow them is a bit too pro I feel, you're doing way too much and try to push them too hard from the go.
Although they kinda look really good in post 28 but then you see the age.
All the uppotting.. hmm
Is that soil they get planted in fertilised?
What's in the juice they're getting?
Cause if the soil is ferted you can kinda skip the veg nutes for an auto grow depending on the soil, you might get a week or two of veg juice in there if all goes well and depending no the soil. What you want is root stimulant to get her going.
At day 30 they kinda should be way bigger.
As I just went to check my last auto grow at day 30 they're a tint less green and 4-5 times the size.

How did you water after the transplant? Like she was already established in the larger pot, till runoff?
As that would probably be a shock, a cup of roots surrounded by wet soil & bottom she can't properly use & drain yet and maybe never will as I'm not a fan of uppotting unless you're preparing a plant for an outdoor season or a long indoor season.
Of course not uppotting is also challenging as you have a small root system in a large container for quite some time which is easy to overwater & shock.
But certainly not with autos, you're losing all kinds of time.. you need to let the original root spur grow as deep and as wide as they can from the initial impulse and then if those split off into side roots you get the largest system she can build and expand upon.. if you keep her in cups for the first weeks she stays centered those roots will probably not get to expand and colonise the whole pot anymore resulting in an always easy to over water situation.
As she will only grow some fresh delicate expanding roots into that new environment now that won't get huge anymore.
What you want is the first impulse exploring and expanding into the whole pot, so those can age into larger roots and send out side shoots covering more ground.

Well that's what I'm thinking could be a problem.
