Hempy Headquarters

Yes indeed, hempy is addictive. I checked my records. I started my first hempy pot on October 26, 2016. That means in 9 months I've gone from complete novice to transforming more than half my grow into a hempy kingdom, with more on the way. It's hard to stop planting. Lol!

My plants are scattered through the different spaces. First off, the veg shelf:

Ultra Dawg 1.1 (Day 28)

I stressed her with light, but she's bouncing back.

Candy Cane 3 (Day 18)

Carnival 4.2 (Day 46) She was cut from the mother at 21 days into flower.

Thin Mint GSC 1.1 (Day 18)

In the early flowering tent I have Thin Mint GSC (Day 56, flip + 18)

And Ultra Dawg (Day 87, flip + 19)

The finish flower tent is home to still more hempy goodness.

Candy Cane 2 (Day 78). She was supposed to be an auto, but turned out to be a photo. I have no idea how long she's been flowering.

Her hempy tent companion is Carnival 4 (Day 125, flip + 67) who shows no signs of wanting to stop blooming.

In the tiny closet we have the exciting Carnival 4.1 (Day 66, flip + 5) who's turned into my most beautiful plant so far.

So jealous that you get to live among your plants like that, Sue! There are so many people in and out of my house that I have to keep everything tucked away. But isn't it a shame that everyone can't see these magnificent plants?

I love the tiny closet. All of the other spaces are somewhat closed up, although all I have to do is walk over and unzip, but the closet is growing like house plants. Lol!

I'll admit, I love the open access. I think it'll be nice when we reach a point where everyone feels comfortable living like this. It keeps me somewhat reclusive though, in that I'm not inclined to invite folks up without serious consideration. I often wonder how much I'll need to modify my freedom when I meet my next husband, who's almost bound to have family and friends. For now I'm really enjoying sharing the space so freely with my plants.

I also have one MBAP in a bubble bucket of course her name is "Man"
I am a noob to Hempy but since they are in 2 gallon buckets i was worried that the super coarse #3 Pearlite would let too much light in so i covered the top with Gro Stones. It also seems to help the Float i get when i water. I go slow and it still seems to float.
Per Gallon
2ml green Rx grow A&B
2ml Botanicare Cal Mag Plus
2ml Z7
1/16 teaspoon humic acid.
PH 6.0-6.5
Tap water @190 ppm
Total solution 360ppm

Someone makes a decent spray paint for plastics now. Make them any color you want! Im sure you are very artistic based upon your name.

We needed our own hempy kingdom. Together we become a hempy force to be reckoned with. Scattered about they can ignore the simplicity and potential. Not so easy to ignore as the ranks swell, eh?

I use black duct tape on my vinegar bottles, and I wrap twice.

One of the things I left out in the opening post was frequency of watering, which is really determined by the size of the reservoir. My pots all get hit every two days regardless, and I believe that keeps the reservoir fresh enough to limit any concerns of salt buildup.

Incidentally, no need to protect the top of the perlite. The roots don't mind that exposure at all.

Thanks i wondered. After watering a few times without and a few with. I am going to keep the stones. I hate untidy Pearlite. can you say OCD? I really should smoke and then water!

Blueberry from Seedsman lonely in the veg cab around 1.5 weeks

The flower tent is looking spacious right now, hastily threw some beans in as 12/12 from seed experiments while the vegging BB gets big.

Left to right, front to back: Blueberry 12/12 from seed at 1.5 weeks in a 2 liter, a CBD Crew indica fem 1.5 weeks into 12/12 in a 2.5 liter, (vegged her for a couple weeks), NL5 Haze Mist 1.5 weeks at 12/12 in a large folgers can (she had a week veg before flower tented), 2 Purple Badlands 12/12 from seed just perlite in 2.5 liter started yesterday, last 2 Cackleberry 12/12 from seed just perlite in regular sized folgers cans. Until yesterday I always used root riots with success, but would prefer cutting them out of my routine.
