Hello All!

Funny I bought some nrt ( gum and spray) yesterday to quit Vaping ! Hahaha !

I'm like carcass. Smoked for 24 years and switched to vaping . I started with 36Mg homemade juice, 2 , 24 mg patches, gum, losanges etc. And I still had a smoke morning and night ...Didn't sleep for about 3 months but I wish my doc had told me not to be afraid of nicotine .
Eventually , I got tired of washing my face and brushing my teeth after every smoke and just vaped.

Now, with this airborne potentially fatal virus..it's a good time to break the hand to mouth vape habit .
I'm down to 12-18 mg juice
was going to give it a whirl tomorrow .....with you in spirit !

Ps..I think my girls ( G4 and GC) that we flipped together 9.5 weeks ago are coming down Saturday ...

Im the same way @Northern Hydro . I have to wash my face and brush my teeth. Lol..sometimes im a walking stink bomb between the ciggs and weed..lol..

Sounds like the GC and GG4 are ready if theyre 9.5 weeks. Congrats on your upcoming harvest.

Big harvest..:thumb::bravo::love: getting yourself healthy..:green_heart: its hard to stay 6' apart........:confused: I need a good tight hug....:p getting stoned...cooking...kinda cool today...Good seafood gumbo maybe in the works here at the farm....Dad out looking at the cows...probably on his tractor...stoned...lol.

Seafood gumbo sounds excellent with some hot sauce..yummy to the tummy..
Especially on a day like today. Its gorgeous outside. I grew up next to cows and horses as well. But i dont ride much these days.
Im going to check out your ladies (journal) today when i get home from work. Im sure they look fantastic like the last time i saw them.

You use an iron skillet to fry it right and I was raised in TN and my frosted parents were cajun so I know all about the southern cooking
 
Hay Sparkey I am So glad you are quitting. I second what others say about Vaping it helped me quit but now I am addicted to vaping and the doctors said I really need to quit that. They say it is actually worse then smoking and they have had a lot of cases when they have had to do lung transplants in young teens and young adults from vaping so I really need to quit that too.

I think it is Great that the younger generation doesn't smoke and want us to quit. When I was young it was just something most people did but now it is looked down on and I am so glad. I hope you stay the course
 
Good to see your in higher spirits today sparky!! Keep up the hard work of not smoking!! I just got up and outta the shower. Got to sleep in an hour this morning it was nice... :cheesygrinsmiley:
