Hello All!

Yup....very important we at least , all start the drying process properly. That means , just ass Assman said...ALWAYS, hang branches/plants/buds in the dark, with as little breeze /air movement , as possible. RH and temp is another matter , but we must hang our produce in the dark with no breeze. After about 4 days , start checking on dryness, this is usually around the time most will take down weigh and jar , keeping in mind to burp jars as required every day until desired firmness in buds is reached. After this initial week or so, it's only necessary to burp/check jars every week. After the first few weeks things are stable and curing has/is taking place and removing lids is NOT recommended. Leave the lids on. If when checking the moistness, u feel /hear a pop when the lid lets go...that is a good thing and means curing has /is working . If you reach in , and things feel too wet/moist , leave lid off for a few hours, check , then re seal with lid on tight. Hope this helps guys. cheers. :circle-of-love:

Thanks brother :high-five: appreciate the kind words like always. I totally get what youre saying.
Yeah, the ciggs are going to be tough to stop. Especially, after smoking a J and coffee in the morning.
Always great seeing you my friend

Great to hear about the quitting smoking Sparkey!
I smoked for 45 years (not sure why I'm not dead) and about 5 years ago I switched to vaping-started out real strong on the nicotine (24mg) -still vaping, but I've slowly tapered the nicotine down to 3mg,working my way down to zero.
Never had to go through withdrawal doing it this way- I've tried cold turkey many times, and man- it is rough-
and, according to Mrs.C., It makes me even more of an asshole than usual... :)
So I went the vape route to make it painless for both of us- It takes awhile, but it is working...

So keep up the good work,Sparkey- I went from spending $200.00 a month on smokes to about $10.00 a month for vape stuff (I make my own juice-it's like ten times cheaper than the store bought stuff)

I'm not saying you should start vaping- just throwing out an alternative to cold turkey, something that has worked for me.

Congrats on the awesome harvest and on trying to quit smoking! :party:I had to take the same route as Carcass for the same reasons! You got this!:meditate:

Sparkey,...good on you sir! Best decision U will ever make.:bravo: I did the same about 18 years ago and can't stand the smell of it now. makes my stomach all weird.
