Chop Nivek. Now. This is from a fellow BC grower with lots of outdoor experience. Now Niv, chop now. The diminishing returns factor is so high now even in the dry due to overnight temps, and radically declining light . In these conditions the plants stall out the ripening process, making the grower hem and haw, and it ends up taking us by the ear into a rainfall, after which all buds could be lost in 24hrs and you never saw it coming. They get 'rained on' every night with a dewpoint anyway. Chop. Now. Not exaggerating.might i ask a q about bud rot please,, as i have no experience with it,, but
i have outdoor plants still growing like insane growing things,, and i would like to let them grow for another possibly ten days or even a bit more,,
these plants, tho they be outdoors, have not seen rain for so darn long,, cuz we have had none nearly, like so many other places where that aint natural
but there is rain in the forecast in a few days,, and i am wondering,, do i need to protect these plants from the rain because bud rot forms so quickly that i need be concerned?
certainly my experience says no but i was curious if i should be more concerned,, in others opinion
i am for sure into uncharted territory as far as leaving a plant growing outdoors at this time of year,, global warming in my back yard,, how groovy is that?
peace out friends
