this grow is shaping up nicely :yahoo:

this canopy will be uneven this round it looks like. the OG purps are probably a week or 2 younger than the erkles are. no biggy though i will be using 2 lights this time with 6 og and 6 erkle in their own light

OK, so it will be a 'split-level' design! LOL:bravo:

Hey HK, ladies are looking excellent. Question for ya. Have you thought about using an image editor to fix the white balance of your pics? At least for me the orange HPS cast makes it difficult to tell what's going on in the pics. I use Photoshop for this (takes about 5 seconds per pic) but there are free programs like GIMP and Google Picasa that give good results as well. I'm thinking about putting a tutorial together on how to do this. Here's an example from early in my grow. I hope you don't mind me posting pics in your thread.

so you can see as well as my camera allows that there are a bunch of little black dots and looking closer you can see the moving around.

my dad had a bout with mites recently and obtained some special non-available in CA chems that knock em out so i will be trying that then if they return i may start over.... time will tell!

you and me both! this was a real bummer to wake up and find! these plants have been growing better than anything i have grown to date! and of course it was the biggest best plant that i first noticed it on.... fingers crossed!

if you notice the small sticks with orange on them those are the OG PURPS.

gave them all a real good watering with B1 @1 TBS per gallon

getting the bug spray in the mail tomorrow so i will poison them soon after!

i use azamax for all bugs and everything....it worked for me, but i think i nearly drowned them...the plants that is...then i had mildew....but....no more spider mites, knock wood....it took 6 wks to get rid of eggs, bugs, and break the cycle once and for all....know how you feel...its awful...and, would a bug eat less than the best??hope your dads remedy works....lavendar:reading420magazine::rollit:

what kind of bugs are they? they dont look like my s.m. looked, so i'm curious, actually, i'm nosey, but curious makes it sound better ...

Sorry to hear about the bugs. The bitches are looking great otherwise. Throw them the pimp hand and get rid of the bugs and make them produce for you, lol. Sorry for the ghetto ref. Great journal, garden, good luck. :peace:

+1 on the azamax. I mix it with Penetrator and spray it on foliar to make it systemic.

I imagine you can also mix it into the res but I have not tried this. Lavendar are you using it in the media?

thats cool on the azamax but the stuff im getting today is already systemic. that way when the eggs hatch they take their first bite and croak....

im not sure what kind of bug they are exactly but they look like spiders up close. the only diff i see between these and other SM is these are black and the others are red. they have spun webs and left eggs though. whatever they is they gots ta go!

well i got the bug killer yesterday and gave them a good hose down.... i still see spiders but they dont move anymore :yahoo: must be dead... i will rinse the plants tomorrow then we will see.

feel free to send :rasta: over i could still use a hand wood!
