Do they start out like the lower leaves in the first two pics, with the yellowing on the edges? Also, is this first run new ProMix or have you used it before?

They don't look close enough to the fan to be wind damage, and that kind of damage is often potassium-related. Have you slurry-tested the ProMix? Often when weird things are happening all at the same time it's related to the pH of the medium.

Shed nails it - K def. The newest growth doesn’t appear damaged yet.

I'm not sure where they started on the plant. I just know that it's not just top leaves that have it.

Yes, these ones were planted in first run new ProMix.

No, I haven't done a slurry test. Could you remind me of the procedure?

So, what do I do to fix it?

If it turns out to be a simple deficiency you won't need this, but here are the slurry test instructions just so you have them in your thread:

• Take samples from a few different places where there are roots (dig down a bit rather than just use the top - I often stick a spoon down the outside edge of the pot to grab some from there as well)

• Add an equivalent amount of distilled water as grams of soil (10 grams of soil, add 10ml water). If that doesn't make a slurry, use enough distilled water to make a stirrable-but-thick slurry.

• Stir it up, wait 15 minutes, stir again. Do that for at least an hour (longer is better), and then put your calibrated pH stick in the water. That's the pH of your medium.

Are you still using MC? What’s your current dose?

Good morning, Felipe. Yes, I opened a fresh bag of Mega Crop just this week. I'm feeding them 5g/gal as per the feeding chart.

You could try a small bump - perhaps up to 5.25g

Sorry for the delay in responding - we’re having fun in Lisbon

*** Weekly Update ***

Good afternoon.

The biggest news this week is the growth spurts a couple of them have had this week.
  • DDA2 went from 12" to 25"
  • Sour Diesel went from 19" to 29"
Both of them kinda surprised me especially the DDA. I don't remember growing tall DDAs previously.

I also cut back on the food for the photoperiod and the auto plants as all the plants have leaf issues and I thought they might have been at too high a dose.

I've also had to cut off a little bit of bud rot from the Carnival.

Anyhow, without further ado, here are the photos:

After, I topped this, I accidentally broke one of the tops off but I didn't notice until the next day when the branch was already dead so this one will only have 3 tops:

I was fascinated to see the SD's cotyledons still attached. I don't think I've ever seen them this late in the plant's life.

And, that's it. Thanks for following along and please share any comments or suggestions you have.

Yes - the plant is looking for potassium and finding it in older leaves.

Thanks, Felipe. We're going out of town for a couple of days so as per drh00k's suggestion, I watered them all today with plain water. Next feeding, I will try increasing the MC a bit.

And, Shed, no I didn't do the slurry test. But, thank you for the instructions again.

Things were complicated this morning by the fact that our sump pump stopped working so Felonious was up and down the stairs by the laundry room and I didn't want to get in his way. I will do one when we get back home.

My only suggestion it to keep an eye on the DSL (and possibly the SD) after stretch. It looks like they may end up enough taller than some of the others to make you keep your light too high for the shorties. Supercropping might come in handy down the road to make it so you can keep the light where you want it.

Yes, I have noticed that the Diesels like to stretch and I was wondering about supercropping, which I've never done before so you may have to help me out. :battingeyelashes:

First and foremost I’d like to compliment you on your red slippers. They are super cute ♥️♥️♥️

Thank you. They're actually the slippers I usually take with me when I travel but the ones I was wearing have gotten too thin and my feet were always cold so I threw them out. These ones are warm but they have no support and since we have concrete floors, I'm going to need another pair.

And your garden looks schmick as :)

:thanks:

I have seen a few older leaves with little teeny signs of nute burn...after reading this, I am thinking that it was always right before they needed a feed. Only 1 or 2 if that in a plant. I'm wondering if that was the case for me those few times, they were just hungry and searching! Thanks @HashGirl And @FelipeBlu BTW...just glorious stuff here HG :cheer:
