That one with the flat stalk looks like a celery/mj plant. Has Miwa been grafting over at your place? lol
Yes, that is a mutation I commonly see in a couple of my strains, must be passed from one of my old breeding plants, because I see it in a couple different strains of mine. It is really handy when you need to bend your plants over to avoid them being spotted in the air. I've had 10-20' monsters growing along the ground, looks wicked, kind of like a kudsu vines, but with a wall of bud, think I've got some pics somewhere, may have been on an old phone though....

And does miwa have a strain with this mutation?? I would love to check it out..

I'd eat a lot more salad if they could cross Mj with celery. And lettuce for that matter
If you could get the chlorophyl taste out of the leaves, I'd eat em!!
do you live near a nuclear generating station perhaps??:thumb: siamese twins or some wackness omg GT!!
No nuke plants near here, we use hydro power!!
@GT....memories of past grows, memories of past grows...

I have found that in this hobby, once you are bitten by the growing bug, the infection never goes away. Some growers may have to temporarily stop growing for various reasons but they ALWAYS go back to their roots :) I am in a situation now where I cannot grow for reasons that I will not elaborate on but I will cherish the day when I can start growing again. For now, I have to be content growing only veggies. But, hell, vegetables are fun to grow as well!! Oh, but I have so many memories from the past 20 years that keep me going :)

I recently had a comment that my veggie garden looked like something featured in a the magazine "Mother Earth". I think that I will start up a very detailed veggie grow journal in the Off Topic Section this spring. I can't wait!!!
Bro, how true that is!! I decided to take some advice from a good friend of mine, he makes this awesome stuff my plants really love, hehe... Anyways, that person said that it is a waste to have the means, and the know how to do something, and to not do it.
Well, I would be an idiot to not take that advice!!!

And bro, don't worry, I'm sure you will be back to your passion in the near future, maybe we should just start our own damn grow-op?? Provide the whole country one day, even?? Might as well aim big brother, like I told you a couple years ago, and look, this planet is getting mighty damn Blue now, ya know??

So true Corey, so true. Please send me the link when you get the journal started. I'd like my roomies to see what BPN does for veggies. Also I'd like to see the Prez using his products. I am sure you will have fantastic tips, cant wait.:peace: Hmm , BPN's Mother Earth Garden of Eden?
Smoke, I re-quote that to Corey as well, I use Blue Planet on EVERY thing I grow, think I may even journal my Bhut Jolokia a.k.a. Ghost Chili, organic grow this season.
Yes! please send me the link to your veggie garden as well. I cannot grow our favorite plant anymore either so its just veggies and fishin for me. I also just won plant of the month so I will get to try your product out on the veggies. Sure wish it was the organic line though wink wink!:peace:
Congrats on Plant of the Month brother!! I'm sure you will be groing again someday too!!
Good golly Miss Molly

lollypop lollypop oooh lolly lolly lolly
Hahaha!! Yeah, I was experimenting a little on that plant, and it may have gotten out of hand!!! Looks cool though huh?

Yes, I flush early and let 'em use up as many stored nutes as possible, especially when using "salts" nutrients, which I know I don't have to explain to you, you old pro!!! hehe!

That Dave Chappelle is hillarious!!

Great looking well manicured buds. The one photo with the 4 colas reminds me of the cell phone commercial about the bars!
:goodjob:

That is too bad about the thripes. You have some really nice strains that have been affected. The plants are beat up pretty good but they are salvagable right?
I have a pest problem at the moment also. What confuses me about my pest problem is it is only affecting one plant. All the other plants that are sitting right next to the affected plant have no damage.

I'm really hoping to eliminate them before the whole plants get destroyed, but I don't know, seems my SNS isn't working, and I've kept to their schedule, maybe they are even too old??

Some strains are pest resistent, and most bugs just simply don't mess with them....

GT I have faith your doing your homework on thrips about now and you'll gettem before a new hatch. Thats one bug I haven't been having to deal with. "Knock on Wood" Not sure what to really use on them. Are you using coco? Looks like it. You know with all this soiless soil being alot of coco and using air type pot's or even fabric pot's they seem to breed fungus gnats, maybe thrips also. I've had good results using go gnats. Strange stuff. It's got cedar oil in it. And when it hits the water it looks like a very lite layer of fiberglass across the top before mixing. I'm thinking that's it reaction to to water. Kind of a coating to kill the buggers on the surface of your substrate. Not sure if it helps thrips. Anyways I hope you figgure a way to kill them buggers. You might try covering your pot's with foil. It will help with making harder for them to lay eggs, and might keep the babies from turning into adluts. Just a thought. Always turn the top inch of soil daly might even help.
I see you got that Blueberry Gum growing. I had a bean of it. I can't remember what happened to it. But it's not in my garden and I know I planted it. I think close to when you did yours. SO it's got to be dead is all. Man you got a mad house growing. To me it's hard to let strains go, but there is only so much room.
You know about that flushing, it's one important factor in growing good herbs. I don't think one could over flush the last couple days before harvest time. I just like to hit mine with alittle something sweet after my final flush. Like molasses or some other sugars. I've been playing with afew different flushes, them flavored ones even. But I'm back to plain old clearx. Seems to pull the 'color' out of the drainage faster then the others. And costs are reasonable. Well I'm off to see the wizard,,,,,, Keepem Green

Hey Wood, I'm glad you've never had experience with Thrips, wouldn't wish it on anyone, them buggers are a pain!! I will try the foil, I've used saran wrap before with good results, but I don't have none. And yes, I'm using coco, just switched a couple grows ago, still getting usedto it, but I like it so far.

Strange about that Blueberry Gum, just dissappearing.... I hope mine leas towards the Bubblegum side of the genetics, like Be Irie, I like the Bubblegums...

Peace and God bless bro,
GT
