Thanks Quix!!! LOL!! Yeah, it was hard work, but 4x5x6 flower room, 5x2x3 veg, walking room, storage room, i love it...
And the Crown Royal bags contain my jars of seed, which i have 1000's..

hehe...gonna paint after this test run...i did the wirinng, so no problems there, #8 wire off 30A breaker, to a junction, split off to two #12 boxes, and a box with #14, for fans and such...
water hasn't been ran yet, but it will be buried of course, and maybe RO in the future, only if hydro doesnt like my tap like soil does though...

sure would love that contract, hint hint...
 
Grow room specs:
UNDERGROUND, below another structure. Dirt was hauled out that little 3x3 doorway, one 5 gallon bucket at a time, final talley around 300 buckets, WHOA!!!. Dirt was braced by 4x4 posts, 2foot in ground, filled with concrete, and tied into the 6" concrete slab floor that i poured..3/4 pressure treated along the walls to hold the dirt and keep from under mining the existing structure.
floor space is 7x5 and heigth is almost 7'..i utilized the few feet off the block walls for veg space and storage....EVERYTHING was poly'd or double poly'd, and treated for mold and pests...
 
ohh, eveything is atleast 16" from floor, just incase there is water intrusion during rain, if there is, i will add a sump pump with floater switch....also will ceramic tile floor springtime, maybe??
 
30A via 8 guage, shazaam. 6" slab? Futura acrylic. Ambient earth temp 55 or so? Wonderful

Totally sealed grow is feasable, but caution with CO2. 10% will kill everything, no fuck ups allowed.
Propa monitor/control is pricey, but a jug or two of Pruno working couldn't hurt?

Cool walls will drip, and take some excess humidity. Ballast heat may need be removed.
I believe that no glass between lightbulb and plant is best, moving air does the rest.

There have been several international tunnels found recently. All were decommisioned(sp?) :thumb:
More will be built. Be wary of job offers for a non-union tunnel-rat :)
