*Great, I'm very excited for you. I get all perked up when people tell me they're sooo close. Lemme know if you need a cheerleading section.
*That is a categorical symptom. Scary for sure.
*I always say, our brains have minds of their own. Our symptoms come on like impulses similar to laser tag. Never timely and always when we least expect it. You may not know what is going on, but you do know that negative change is happening. That's a great start. Please write down your experiences, which is why journals help, because they are a chronological accounts of progress or decline. Keeping it grow related as much as we can.
*I know I become repetitive sometimes and that's because it's hard to remember what information I've shared, as I learn throughout my studies. What is just as important (THANKS FP & HG) is to be active and change the lifestyle that got us this way.
*Sometimes a drastic change is required, like I had to realize that not everyone I've know for yeaaaaars is going to back me up. I had to put my foot down with doctors and that triggered me terribly several times, making it harder to tolerate each time. But if those doctors didn't push my buttons, I wouldn't be so driven to grow my own oil medicine.
*And in the meantime, we actually retrain our brain every time we make a journal entry. So it's a win win win situation if we can get through that thick fog. That oil will help you help yourself. It won't solve all your problems, only you can. But it can make life easier as you fight the good fight.
*One of my medical team members (trying to maintain their privacy) said "Who am I to tell you how to live out the rest of your time? I felt like barriers were removed and the freedom to take my health into my own hands was truly gifted. So this is a huuuge positive step for you as you change your life for the better.
*Ummm have fun dude. There is so much fun ahead of you...just keep putting yourself first. Being sick has been the most selfish time of my life but it allowed others to finally take care of me. I had fallen...but never down for the count. You're so close, no much longer now.
