Growing A Legend: An Auto Tribute To Jack Herer

I get that twinge every time I roll over in bed and many times it leads to the spasms. Hate them damn spasms. My ATF strain works really well for the back pain though.

I also hate rolling over, dunno if this will help at all as it help my back pain at night and soothes the spasms but stings a bit then fades away. Roughly tear/chop 2 leaves of the comfrey plant boil for 2 min and apply as a hot compress to your back and sleep with it on over night should feel like a new man in the morning..

Sorry bout yer back, I can relate got 4 bolts in mine

If u want less notifications go to yer settings, click yer name or icon, and in preferences and u can un toggle some you don't want to see

I had 62 yesterday...lol. so I can get large
I had over 200 the other day. Tks for the info.

thankyou thankyou for your concern....:hugs: but I'd just medicated smoking when it happened so I waited to distinguish between the MJ effects and my new discomfort, then realised it wasn't MJ enhancing that tingly numb sensation anymore as my arms and chest had the same sensation....
And MJ I think made me more focused on what my body was telling and induced a panic attack.
I got to have a smoke when I have panic/anxiety. It slows down my brain and relaxes my body and I can ride it out much better.

Thank you kindly for your concern @Chris Scorpio yup and that sux, as I'm due in June for a fusion and then this hiccup wanted a piggy back ride... And the info on notifications and I like them now...lol
I just had x-rays done the other day and I'm waiting for my doc to look at them. I want to see a specialist of some sort to see if I can get anything done.

I had one when I injured the back. Herniated the L4-L5 but I think most of my pain now is from the Facet Joints between L3 and S1. Any bending or twisting and BAM!!
I can do that when I make my moves slow and planned. I make a sudden move or a sudden stop and tighten the muscles, then I'm fucked.

Many of us on here have bad backs. Mine started over 30 years ago and it can get real bad at times. Now I've never had a herniated disc before though; people say they're not good.

Well I really hope you get your back fixed up, best of luck with it. Have yourself a great big smoke.

Heya@flytier, a bad back is no joke. And I'll hold thumbs you never have a herniated disc as it really narrows your options in regards to the real world who don't care what's up with you as long as you present to work and suffer all day..... sorry i hate corporate rant done.

for a moment i thought someone has a fascination with pink and fuchsia but then i noticed the led's were leaking and that rug just turns everything pink lol
Have another smoke.

I herniated L3-L4, my most recent herniated L2-L3 in May sorted that out awaiting L3-L4 fusion in June but now this new development means fusion and something new......... Lol

I lost a lot of work because of my back. I think I'm getting near that point where something has to be done.

Sorry to hear about y'all back problems. My lower back gets achy but it's just muscular and not bone/nerve related so I consider myself lucky.

So much action of course and Newty has to deal with real life shit!

That one in the green pot down front reminds me of a grower I can't find anymore who would quadline and then flip (just 4 tops per plant). He'd end up with something like a zen garden of fluffy white colas all evenly about 12" tall. It was amazing.

That's some nice plants. Have you thought about taking those green plastic pots and making airpots with them? It would be so easy - you'd just have to take some panels out of the sides and line them with something that breathes (I use flyscreen). Not that your plants don't look fantastic anyway, but any bit of a change helps as I've found over the winter, and it would definitely be good for the roots.

Thanks for the tip, that’s a really smart idea Fly:) I’ll turn that one into an airpot once she’s out. It’s the only one that’s not born an airpot right now :D

That’s a really great compliment, thanks Shed! I’m pretty happy with her. She’s my favourite right now #shhhhhhh

this starting to read like a geriatric orthopedics ward lol ... btw my back also hurts but only when i have to stand still up right then my lower back starts to hurt badly and within 30 minutes i cant stay upright and need to sit or squat
Me too, and I gotta wear rubber boots on a concrete floor. Not fun.

I was supposed to have a surgical procedure done back in July of last year (for an injury that took place in Oct of 2016). Stupid workers comp insurance company cancelled it 2 weeks before and had me to through an IME (independent medical evaluation). This dude saw me for like 5-10 minutes, didn't have copies of MRI and really didn't listen to a freaking thing I said.

He took 5 months to give his ruling and ruled that 'the work injury has healed and any remaining pain stems from pre-existing conditions'. Not sure how thats possible because I ain't never had back pain until I hurt it at work but apparently this dude can tell a whole lot from a 5 minute conversation and incomplete medical records. Independent my ass.....those whore doctors are in the insurance company's back pocket.

Get the fuck outta here.....I spend 22 years in the Marines and never had a back pain ever. Knees and shoulders....hell yeah.....but never a back issue...ever. I was a god damn horse! Work 14-16-18 hour days, many times over 100 hours a week, moving and tossing heavy stuff.

So needless to say, Stank wasn't happy about that. But it is what it is and it will get worked out in the end. LOL....never missed a day of work in my life before this injury. Now I can't clean the house without being out of commission for a day or two (sometimes more) afterwards. But this injury led me to meeting all you fine people, so its a win regardless of the pain!

Yeah, flyscreen, burlap, something like that. I guarantee that the first time you check the roots when you pull it up, you'll be surprised at how good they'll look. You seem to have that taken care of with your perforated pots anyway, but it'd be fun to compare.

Misery loves company, man. Welcome to my world.

Sorry to hear about all the back struggles, I’ve watched people I love suffer and wouldn’t wish that on anyone! I sure hope this medicine brings you relief, I know it helps my dad for that reason. Lots of surgeries:(
