If that's an earlier split just worsened a bit by the ties it will be fine. Do support those branches though because like I said, they're only going to be supporting more weight.

And remember, you're not trying to move the thick branches, just the thin flexible ones at the tops.

I would untie what doesn't need to be tied, support the break, and tie down the tops to avoid them burning. Also, if there's anyway to retie the light like @HappyHazmat88 mentioned, that could give you some extra headroom.

Yea actually heavy duty zip ties should work the same... But yea in the pic you have at least three inches before your "to close"....just be mindful of safety please

Yes because of the heat I hear u have it touching nothing ...gets very hot

Looks like you could gain about 3-4", so whatever the strongest way to link them together would be good. The last thing you want is that light breaking free sometime in flower.

Absolutely I agree I constantly check on the like apart from the sleep time ovb then I look forward to turn on so can look lol

Same I did that when I first started checking temps everything....it passes...but mindfulness is key.....if heat is a concern can you direct a small fan at the top of the light ?

I've placed one at bottom pointing upwards? X I've got this 6inch fan like but loud without ducting and filter and thinking will suck tent up lol
