Hi there groover. Cute little plants, how do they taste? I'm looking forward to seeing your new setup comes together.

I've got a little cloner I'm going to use that's basically the same as my grow tubs only smaller. A cut down 12" airstone, a couple of drops of Super Thrive and the same of 35% peroxide. I haven't used it in quite a while but it worked good the last time.

I gotta get me some bubble bags too. My sieves only go down to 180 microns so they make fairly low-grade kief. Works great in a brownie mix tho. lol

Thank's LabRat. Unfortunately the quality isn't that great but that the risk of unknown bagseed. Always good to save a few $$ around x-mas(love ya card by the way) At least I know the genetics of the next grow.

Thanks everyone. I'm havin a great xmas. Its x-mas afternoon.
Here's a shot of the seeds i started germing on the 23rd.(taken 23rd)
Dunny paper and ph'd pure 0.01ppm water.

All 5 have cracked and two have thrown tap roots so those two are in jiffy starters(not even
gonna try for flash pics with my 3.2mp camera lol I'll take em next daylight)

Here's a run down on x-mas eve hash making.

The bags with 25mic in the bottom then 73,160,220mic.

The cake mixer from hell for mixing trim/ice/water in a 20L bucket.

The trim.

Mixin the brew. Bubble bubble toil n trouble HA HA HA HA.

Transfered into the bag bucket.

1st Bag out.

Using the water to wash trich's into centre of 25 mic bag as it drains.

Scraping the goodness outta the 25mic bag.

Chewin gum hash mmmmm.

The results after 1 run.

We did a second wash with a bit of extra bud trim thrown in and this is our final result. Sorry the batt in cam was goin flat so outta focus but u get the idea.

In the top right is the pressing screen used to remove excess moisture when LIGHTLY
(press too hard and it sticks to the screen) pressed between the folded screen in a
nice dry folded towel.
LETS SMOKE SOME FRESH HASH. MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Easy as pie brother. Get some bags best $$ you'll ever spend. The extra $$ for the proper Bubblebags brand is well worth it. They are super high quality and I did an automotive upholstery apprenticeship when I first left school so I know what I'm lookin for fault-wise when it comes to sewing and stuff. I cant see any reason why they won't last 10-15 yrs maybe longer if well looked after(eg DON'T mix in the bag, take care scraping with spoon NEVER use knife,DON'T put away wet etc). Go direct to the bubblebag.com site and you'll have em in a few days unless u got a head or hydro shop on da Island that sells em. I got mine from the Aussie Rep.

before it really happened. Good luck with the new cuttings when you get em.

This is one of the remaining 3 all put in jiffy's 26th 11am. Now just startin to
poke their heads up.(all 3 look like this)

Grooster. Glad you like the hash making. It's a pretty simple process. Anyone with enough sense to grow shouldn't have any problems.
DEFINATELY WITH YOUR SMALL SCALE GROW(you've seen the size o my last grow)
WE ONLY USED 1/3 TO 1/2 A GROCERY BAG OF REALLY SHITTY TRIM.(very average weed)
GOOD BUD TRIM WOULD BE EVEN LESS.(especially a nice trichy strain)
It's a 4 bag kit ie: 220mic workbag (blue)
160mic contaminate removal bag (red)
73mic crystal collection bag (gold) B grade
25mic crystal collection bag (purple) A grade

It's a 5 gallon or 20 litre(the proper spelling ) kit which can process up to
200g(dry weight) A grocery bag.
A 1 gallon or 4litre kit is also available which may suit you better. It can process 56g(dry) or enough to fill both hands.

I wouldn't bother with a 3 bag kit it has no red bag so your b grade ends up with lots of crap in it. I don't see the need for the 8 bag kit. Why do you need 6 grades of hash?? Hope this info helps you and anyone else.

haze skunk looks like they are going to be strong plants...looking good....How's the room coming along? You better get on it as that Haze looks like it's going to want some room sooner than later...

I was wanting to try making bubble hash...after seeing your posts there is no question now...I will be picking up a bubble bag kit very soon...I'l take your advice and get the original....
