I get what u mean, they must get quite a few each week thinking about it, problem is weeding out the legit inquiries from the fakes, they dont have to send out any replacements as they state "for souvenir purposes" but when it comes down to it a good bank will if they want to keep you as a customer. I have seen one bank in particular that wont be mentioned dodge resending beans and make many excuses why they wont, dealt with their customer service first hand and lets just say i wont spend any more money with them, i hope you have better results mate.
