Square tubs are good, fit into the tent better, feel like the space is being utilised.. I will have a round pot sitting on top of it next time, give a deeper tap...

Grow bags are popular.. Do they breath better? Does taste change?
 
no taste change for me grizz ,better for the roots they wont por circle and send out more feeders.

the bags at woolies,iga etc are perfect theyre made of polypropylene which is the same stuff as grow bags , but ya get them for $1 LOL its so aussie i want a snag on bread with tomato sauce to celebrate

I've been thinking about square tubs fro everything... Just a little bit more soil and easier to organise.. Do you find they are too shallow? Do they send out lots of side roots? Your plants look healthy enough so roots must be fine... I've got a lemon (tree, not haze!) in a square cloth pot I made up for a milk crate... Seems to be loving it. Id like half that size exactly for MJ but can't find anything..

I tried a couple of those green Aldi bags for carrots in summer. They did well.. I never really trusted picking them up but they never ripped or anything even after like 5-6 months sitting on the ground.. Carrots were fancy french little ones so total waste of effort in the end but they were tasty..
